    A complete bipartite graph is a simple bipartite with bipartition (X,Y) if each vertex in X is connected with each vertex in Y. A complete bipartite graph is denoted as Km,n if |X|=m and |Y|=n.This paper addresses the oriented graphs of Km,n, and proves that there exist two nonnegative integers s and t satisfying the equations s+t=2n and as+bt=n2  if the indegree of each vertex in an oriented graph of  Kn,nis a or b (a and b are two nonnegative integers). Moreover, there exists an oriented graph of  Kn,nthat makes the indegree of each vertex to be either a or b for the nonnegative integers a, b and n satisfying some special conditions.

    We improve killing activity to tumor cells of recombinant immunotoxin composed by a human gonadotropinreleasing hormone gene and Pseudomonas exotoxin a derivative (GnRH-PE39KDEL) by introducing the protein transduction domain (PTD). We design three primers, and then obtain the gene GnRH-PTD-PE39KDEL by two rounds PCR and PTD induced at the C end of gonadotropinreleasing hormone and the N end of Pseudomonas exotoxin a derivative. The gene is through endonucleases digestion, inserted into a pETHis carrier and then transformed into E.coli BL21( DE3). We also purify resolvable protein by NiNTA, and determine biological activity. We successfully construct the expression carrier pET-His-GnRH-PTD-PE39KDEL. Fusion protein has good solubility. The quantity of expressed fusion protein is 20% of total bacterial proteins. IC50 of human breast cancer cell MCF7 is 0.860  μg/mL. It indicates that GnRH-PTD-PE39KDEL has stronger biological activity than GnRH-PE39KDEL. The GnRH-PTD-PE39KDEL is successfully expressed.It will lay the foundation for its further largescale expression, purification and functionality research.

           We construct a subcritical water extraction method for baicalin, wogonoside,baicalein and wogonin from Scutellaria baicalenses. We also investigate the impacts of temperature, extraction time and water loadings on extraction yield and compare it with methanol extraction method. The extraction yield of baicalin and wogonoside is higher at extraction temperature of 160 ℃, extraction time of 60 min. The extraction yield of baicalein and wogonin is higher at extraction temperature of 110 ℃, extraction time of 10 min.Extraction time and extraction solvent consumption remarkbly decrease for the subcritical water extraction method, so the pollution of organic solvent is avoided.

           We determined the technical conditions of ultrahigh pressureassisted micellar extraction by such singleelement experiment as surface active agent type, concentration, extraction pressure, time and the ratio of solid and liquid to construct the extraction and enrichment process of total alkaloids of Plumula Nelumbinis. We implemented the enrichment of the alkaloids of Plumula nelumbinis by NaCl addition, cloud point extraction and double water phase separation. The optimal extraction conditions are 5%(w/w) OP10 solvent, extraction pressure of 100 MPa, extraction time of 1 min and solid/liquid ratio of 1:20 (g/mL). The optimal extraction yield of total alkaloids is 103.6 mg/g. Its recovery rate is 70.73% and the preconcentration factor (CF) is 8.6 under the conditions of 15% NaCl addition, stability of 10 min at 50 ℃ and twophase separation. Results show that the extraction process is rapid and benefit for environment.

    Evaluation of antiangiogenetic activity of the extracts from 27 traditional Chinese herbs

          We extracted 27 traditional Chinese herbs with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and water, and then determined the antiangiogenic activity of the extracts with a transgenic zebrafish model (VEGFR2:GFP). We further calculated the intersegmental  vessels(ISV)of the zebrafish embryos and the inhibitory rate after 24 h treatment with different extracts. We eventually tested the activity of some active extracts with chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM). Results show that antiangiogenic activity is exhibited for water extract of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,ethyl acetate extract of Radix Paeoniae alba, water extract of Stroma Shiraiae,water extract and ethyl acetate extract of Euonymus alatus,water extract of Boswellia carterii Birdw. and ethyl acetate extract of Folium Isatidis.Angiogenesis of CAM is significantly inhibited for water extracts of Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,water extract and ethyl acetate extract of Euonymus alatus and water extract of Boswellia carterii Birdw. We discover that 7 extracts of traditional Chinese herbs can inhibit the sprout and growth of ISV of a transgenic zebrafish, which is relevant to the expression of vascular endothelial grouth factor (VEGFR2).

          We prepared O/W walnut oil microemulsion with walnut oil and isoamyl acetate (1:1,w/w) as oil phase, EL35 and Tween 80(8:2,w/w) as surfactant phase. The O/W microemulsion was remarkably stable from 25 ℃ to 60 ℃. The diameter of  O/W microemulsion droplet increases with the increase of walnut oil content. Rheological study shows that microemulsion sample is pseudoplastic fluid with  shear thinning behavior. Walnut oil microemulsion has obvious scavenging activity to O-2, and IC50 value is 0.090 3 mg/mL.

            Magnesium alloy material has been widely applied in the field of aviation, aerospace, advanced equipment manufacturing and automobile. However, its application is bewildered by the problem of poor high temperature resistance. This paper reviews the research advances on two heatresistant magnesium alloys, aluminumcontaining heatresistant magnesium alloy and aluminumfree heatresistant magnesium alloy. The addition of mixed rare earth elements can improve its comprehensive mechanical properties for aluminumcontaining heatresistant magnesium alloy. The addition of alkalineearth metal can improve its flame retardant and refine its grain. The addition of IV/V group elements can significantly improve its high temperature mechanical property. The addition of rareearth elements can also be favorable for magnesium alloy material with excellent comprehensive properties for aluminumfree heatresistant magnesium alloy. MgTh and MgAg series magnesium alloys have better high temperature creep resistance property. Alloying and microalloying will provide important theoretical reference for the development and applications of new type magnesium alloy materials with their indepth research, and will also provide broader development prospects for magnesium alloy.

         We design a chlorophylla sensor based on the principle of fluorescence induction with fluorescence induction and weak signal detection. Experiment results show that linear relationship exists between the concentration of chlorophylla and the system measurement value,  linear fitting coefficient is 0.999. The instrument that is small and convenient for operation can achieve insitu monitoring of the concentration of seawater chlorophyll-a.

          Correct identification of faulttype for ±800 kV ultrahigh voltage direct current transmission lines is an important guarantee for safe and stable operation of state grid. We investigate transient characteristics analysis and fault identification principle of transient voltage and transient energy for not easy to action and easy false action issues of a traveling wave protection device. We then employ the matterelement model from extension engineering to fuse the two faulttype identification criteria based on the principle of extension engineering. We eventually present a faulttype identification criterion to distinguish singlepole ground fault, doublepole ground fault, fault lightning stroke and nonfault lightning stroke.

    This paper designs an efficient video image processing system for the collected images from various clement weather. It can perform lots of processing for realtime images and recorded playback images. It includes such clarification functionalities for a blurred image as image defogging and denoising.          We employ a generalized function to construct the governing equation of beam bending under discrete loads. We also present the formula for solving beam bending problem by barycentric interpolation Galerkin method with barycentric rational interpolation as a test function and integral filtering of a Delta function. Numerical calculation examples demonstrate that the presented method has such positives as simplicity principle, easy programming and high accuracy.

        We design a universal hardwareintheloop test system for a vehicle body control module (BCM) to verify the validity and reliability of its software. It includes test software, data acquisition and periphery circuit and has such functionalities as data acquisition, status display, analogous control and online testing. We explain the test process by an individual functionality test based on the analysis of test requirement. A BCM product is tested with the system.Test result indicates that the system can satisfy the reality requirements, and can improve work efficiency. It therefore can be applied to other application scenarios with similar requirements.

          A road intersection is an important component of urban road system. We investigate the road intersection at Jinan  Erhuan East Road and  Shanda North Road.We also employ VISSIM to simulate, analyze and assess its current situation. Traffic delay and queue length are effectively decreased by such road intersection optimization as channelizing and signal scheduling adjustment, so its traffic capability is significantly increased.

         Passenger flow forecast is the basic reference for the design and operational management of urban rail transit and has become an important procedure in the construction of urban rail transit. We combine a linearity based ARIMA model and a nonlinearity based RBF neural network and establish an ARIMARBF prediction model by the analysis of such time sequence characteristics as the weekly change and nonstability of passenger flow and the mechanism of ARIMA and RBF models. We then apply the prediction model to the forecast for passenger flow of Beijing daily urban rail transit and receive a better prediction result, fully considering the linear and nonlinear characteristics of urban rail transit passenger flow.

          We employ fault tree design form to analyze the accident of passenger platform falling with system engineering, which is based on the data from Beijing subway from 2004 to 2008. Analyzing results show that the accident probability of passenger platform falling depends on platform management policies and platform pilot facilities in the conditions of no screen door and no passenger involvement reason.The paper is favorable for awareness increase against many such accident caused elements and can provide a theoretical reference for the analysis of operational security management.

          This paper presents an optimization approach for rolling stock assignment of urban rail transit network to response the new tendency of urban rail transit from singlerail to network operation. We further give the singledepot and multidepot rolling stock assignment models. We solve the problem by ILOG CPLEX 12.5 and combination with a numeric example. It is proved to be effective by comparison with a heuristic algorithm. Result proves that the method can provide a good reference for rolling stock assignment in urban rail transit network.

         This paper addresses a strategies based transit pricing method. We initially investigate strategies based transit assignment method and the impacts of floating price on passenger volume and transit company income, and then obtain the optimal ticket price satisfying the maximum company income for flexible requirements. We further analyze the impacts of variable fare on traffic flow, traffic demand proportion and transit company income with a Logit model in multiway traffic conditions. The optimal transit price is determined based on transit social welfare. We eventually verify its practicability and effectiveness with a simple transit network.

          We investigate the spatial disparity of Hubei countylevel percapital GDP from 2000 to 2011 by Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis (ESDA). We also preliminarily analyze its tendency, distribution characteristics and reasons. Calculation results show that the total countylevel spatial disparity of regional economy greatly decreases. Local analysis demonstrates that diffusion of Wuhan city circle and Jingyi city group is significant. Remarkably economy resembling area enlarges, and their fringe area exhibits the tendency of synchronization development. Reduction of total countylevel economy disparity cannot demonstrate the coordinate economic development of the whole province. Cumulative effect may cause spatial disparity ampliative.
