    Microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint of AZ31 magnesium alloy by DC-TIG welding

          Argon tungstenarc welding (TIG) is the most popular welding method for magnesium alloys. AZ31 extruded plates with thickness of 6.0 mm were welded by DC-TIG welding. Microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joint of AZ31 magnesium alloy were studied by optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and tensile test machine. The microstructure analysis shows that the welded joint is composed of base material, heat affected zone and weld zone. A transition zone appears near the groove between the heat affected zone and the weld zone, which is the mix-fusion zone. The average tensile strength and the elongation of the welding joint is 241.0 MPa and 13.8% respectively, which arrives to 86.0% and 13.8% respectively of the base material. The fracture of welding joints is located in heat affected zone and the fracture surface presents mix fracture characteristics.

           We obtained a strain dj1-11 from carbendazimcontaminated soil, which had better carbendazim degradation function. It was identified as Rhodococcus erythropolis through physiological and biochemical identification and contrast analysis of 16S rDNA sequences. Experimental results show that trace nitrogen source adding can improve carbendazim degradation. Carbendazim can serve as its unique carbon source and degradation rate can reach 99.15% under the condition of incubation in mineral salt medium of 1000 μg/mL carbendazim , temperature 28℃ and 48h shake bed.It can effectively degrade carbendazim at the pH value of 4~9 and temperature 20~30℃ (optimal degradation temperature).

            This paper employs phenol-sulfuric acid, DNS and reducing sugar analyzer methods to determine the starch content in cornflour. We comprehensively compare their operation processes and the acquired data. Results show that reducing sugar analyzer method can determine maize starch content more conveniently and rapidly.

     We employed the dying method of Coomassie brilliant blue G-250 to determine the protein content of milk, measuring the absorbency at the wavelength of 595 nm. Experiment shows that a good linear relationship exists between the absorbency and the content of standard proteins in the range of 10~80 μg/mL. This approach has such advantages as simplicity, rapidity, good reproducibility and sensitivity, especially suitable for the determination of milk protein.

    We employed headspace solid phase microextraction (SPME) and GC-MS to analyze the volatile components of four different species of Chaenomeles speciosa Nakai. We also investigated the effects of different SPME fibers and extraction positions on extraction results. Experimental results show that 65 μm PDMS/DVB fiber exhibits better extraction result.The pericarp and flesh of different positions have not significant influence on their volatile components. We further employed peak area normalization method to determine the relative content of each volatile component. We identified 60 volatile components, which mainly included esters, alkanes and alkenes whose total content exceeded 90%. The varieties and relative contents of the volatile components of these Chaenomeles speciosa Nakai were different. This method is rapid and accurate, so it can provide reference for further development and utilization of Chaenomeles speciosa Nakai resources.

    Wild soybeans (Glycine soja) have such positive characteristics as salinealkali resistance, cold tolerance and disease resistance, so they play a significant role in the research on soybean gene evolution and the improvement of soybean quality and yield. We collected 227 wild soybeans from 26 sites of 14 rural towns in the Yellow River Delta, and isolated and purified rhizobia strains from wild soybean nodules. We then performed physiological and biochemical experiments, stress tolerance experiments, nodulation ability determination, nodulation wide spectrum analysis, 16S rDNA sequence determination and RAPD analysis. We isolated and purified 100 rhizobia strains from Glycine soja. Strains 3D-21, 3D-24, 3K-8 and 3K-23VS had strong tolerance against acid, alkali, salt, antibiotics, high and low temperature and stronger nodulation capability. Strain 7K-8 had stronger nodulation capability and strain K-5 had stronger stress tolerance capability. 16S rDNA sequence analysis shows that all the isolated strains belong to 3 genera and 7 species, and that RAPD analysis of similar strains exhibits obvious polymorphism. Results indicate that rich diversity exists in the rhizobia of wild soybean in the Yellow River Delta. Some strains have strong nodulation ability and/or stress tolerance ability. This research lays a foundation for the excavation and utilization of better strain resources.

            We present a simple and effective calibration method for robot tool frame calibration. This method is based on the kinematic computation of a stacking robot, and recognizes the relative position of the tool frame to the end of the robot without the aid of extra measurement equipment. The method then recognizes the orientation of the robot tool frame based on the derived relative position. This method only employs the linear least square algorithm, so it is easy to be realized. We employ MATLAB and Virtual Robot Simulator to simulate the proposed method. Results show that the method is feasible and can be applied to practical environments to reduce the offline time and improve the level of automation.

           We analyzed and compared the effects of gray model GM (1,1) and RBF neural network model on short-term traffic flow prediction to test their feasibility and applicability. Practical instances show that gray model is inapplicable to the short-term prediction of traffic flow, but RBF neural network model is applicable. Moreover, we can acquire higher prediction accuracy when the distribution density of the radial basis function is from 0.8 to 1.0.

    This paper constructs a 3D animation modeling evaluation model with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm and BP network in view of the issues of easy falling of standard BP neural network into local minimum and the global searching of PSO. We apply the model to the generation of 3D animation modeling. It fully utilizes the characteristic of global searching of PSO and optimizes the weights and thresholds of BP network, which makes mean-square error less than or equal to the preset value. Experimental results show that the approach improves the convergence rate and convergence precision of BP network based on the guarantee of the global optimization result. It has preferable evaluation capability in the evolution of 3D animation modelings and improves the quality of 3D animation modelings.

    We addressed the impacts of different drying methods (microwavedrying, hotair drying and shadedrying) on the antioxidant activity and chemical ingredient of honeysuckle. We also assessed the impacts of the three drying methods on the antioxidant activity of honeysuckle and determined the content of total phenolic and total flavonoid with Luminol chemiluminescence, and superoxide anion, hydrogen peroxide and hydroxyl radical scavenging as indices. Experimental results show that honeysuckle has remarkable antioxidant activity. The three different drying methods all exhibit significant impacts on the antioxidant activity and the content of active components. Antioxidant activity of total phenolic and total flavonoid is the strongest, and their content is the highest, 30.40±2.75 mg/g and 61.24±7.62 mg/g under the conditions of microwave drying at 70 ℃ for 10 min. IC-50 of the three indices is 9.44%, 0.029% and 0.12%. Antioxidant activity of total phenolic and total flavonoid is the weakest and their contents are the lowest, 10.22±0.81mg/g and 17.50±2.28 mg/g under the condition of shadedrying for 4 days. IC-50 of the three indices is 11.97%, 0.53% and 0.37% of the original extract concentration.

    We employ an object-oriented idea to make meta-data and data in a NetCDF objective to solve the issue of the reading for multi-kind and multidemensional isomerous ocean observation data. We also present a class hierarchy which includes file, dimension, attribute, variable and its type. The class hierarchy is encapsulated with a component object model and forms desktop software by integrating grid, tree and chart component. The software is stable and has low system coupling, so it can satisfy the requirement of current data access.

    We employed portable photosynthesis dectector and chlorophyll fluorometer to address the impacts of different concentrations of NaCl stress on photosynthesis and PSII photochemical activity of peppermint.Results show that concentrationdependent variation exhibits for the growth and biomass of peppermint under NaCl stress.Peppermint can normally grow under 100 and 150 mmol/L NaCl stress.Photosynthesis and PSII photochemical activity of peppermint are significantly decrease and electron transfer between QA and QB is inhibited with the increase of NaCl concentration.The impact of photosynthesis on plant growth and metabolism is quite significant under NaCl stress.PSII is the most sensitive component in a photosynthetic system,and so important in the response of photoynthesis to environmental stress.

           We designed a dissolved oxygen sensor with the principle of polarographic dissolved oxygen and PIC18F2520 as a core controller. We also addressed the compensation algorithm of a DO sensor in temperature, pressure and salinity. Experiments show that a DO sensor has such advantages of simple structure and stable performance, temperature accuracy of ±0.3 ℃ and DO accuracy of ±0.07 mg/L.

    The optimum liquid medium of white  Hypsizigus marmoreus can provide the fundamental data for its extensive cultivation. We optimized fermentation medium with L9(34) orthogonal test, the main ingredients of glucose, yeast powder, KH2PO4 and MgSO4, and exopolysaccharides content and mycelial biomass as test indexes. We also separated mycelia by extraction and filtering, dried and weighted them, and calculated their biomass. Phenol sulfuric acid was then employed to determine the content of exopolysaccharides. Weighted evaluation of exopolysaccharides content and mycelial biomass shows that the optimum liquid medium is composed of glucose of 3%, yeast powder of 0.15%, KH2PO4 of 0.30% and MgSO4 of 0.20%.

            This paper employs the method of dual topology to convert a road segment into a node and an intersection into an edge of a network (topology structure conversion of a real road network) for the importance analysis of the roads in urban road networks.We further employ such parameters as node degrees of complex networks, edge betweenness and network reliability to assess the structure characteristics of an urban road system. We eventually put this evaluation method into practice for the connection reliability analysis of Jinan urban road system under these conditions of deliberate attack and random failure.

            We acquired 33 melanized fungi isolated from 21 specimens of 13 Umbilicariales from China and U.S. ITS nrDNA sequences based analysis indicates that all these fungi belong to 12 Capronia species. Analysis results also show that these fungi may be constant endophytic fungi and some selections exist between them and their host fungi. Different members of the same species of endophytic fungus may colonize in identical lichen for many times. Most of these endophytic fungi are close relatives of freeliving saxicolous fungi, not the extenders of endophytic fungi in lichen.

    This paper applies AERMOD model to the prediction of regional air quality, taking Rizhao as an example. This paper also analyzes the effects of different pollutants on regional air quality with this model and predicts the air quality of Rizhao in the next five years. Application results show that this model can well simulate the relationship between air quality and pollutants in small and medium sized cities, and can be applied to the prediction of regional air quality.

           This paper addressed the anti-fatigue efficacy of peanut peptides in mice. We discovered that peanut peptides could prolong their load-carrying swimming time, reduce their blood lactic acid and urea nitrogen levels,increase the index of their organs,and also increase the content of their hepatic and muscle glycogen, as compared with blank control group. The anti-fatigue efficacy of the peanut peptides  with content of 400 mg·kg-1 was better than that of ginseng.

    We develop a new and highly efficient flat solar bodythe black porcelain composite ceramic solar plate. The solar body is constructed through slip casting with ordinary china clay as raw material, whose surface is sprayed with industrial solid wastes mixed black porcelain mud. The body is formed through firing at 1 200℃ by continuous roller kiln after drying, whose sunlight absorption rate is 0.95. We further present the construction method of ceramic solar plate roof solar heating system. The system shares structure layer, thermal insulation layer, waterproof layer with a building, is integrated with a building and has the same lifetime as a building. Its heat insulation and preservation effect is better than that of ordinary roof. Daily acquired heat of the solar heating system is 8.6 MJ/m2, much higher than the national standard 7.0 MJ/m2, by the comparison of heat collection efficiency of the system and that of vacuum glass tube water heater. The cost of solar energy is lower than that of conventional energy.

    The essentials  that cause traffic congestion, environmental pollution and resource deficiency lie in too rapid vehicle increase which even exceeds traffic carrying capacity. We employ multivariate analysis to analyze the key factors impacting vehicle number. We also construct a time series prediction model for every key factor, and employ multiple regression analysis to predict vehicle number. We further establish a quantitative calculation model to determine urban traffic carrying capacity based on the analysis of key factors of traffic carrying capacity. The number of motor vehicle will exceed Beijing traffic carrying capacity after 2010 based on the calculation of the present data, and the vehicle growth rate will exceed that of traffic carrying capacity. Some relevant specifications therefore must be drawn to restrict the increase in vehicle number.

         A distributed feedback (DFB) fiber laser is packaged with a polyurethane spindle structure for acoustic sensing. It is tested in a standing wave tube calibration field. Phase demodulator OPD4000 is employed to precisely measure the phase shift. We obtain the phase sensitivity of -122.6 dB re rad/μPa, i.e. 3.8 nm/MPa at 1 kHz. The frequency response is flat in the range of 10 Hz~10 kHz with the fluctuation of no more than ±9 dB. Its signal and noise ratio (SNR) is equal to standard PZT hydrophone.

          We performed the field efficacy test of Azotobacter chroococcum YKT41 and Burkholderia vietnamiensis B418 to prove their biocontrol of eggplant rootknot nematode disease. Results show that the control efficacy of YKT41 and B418 is 72.8% and 75.6%, yield increased by 14.6% and 12.7%,under the condition of dosage employment of 2.0kg/667m2. These biocontrol agents therefore have better generalization value. Their activity depends on living microbe, and their activity sharply declines after no living microbe. Both biocontrol agents therefore must be employed within the guarantee period.

    We established a semistructured road model for the characteristics of walking route of domestic transformer substation inspection robots. It combined the improved Dijkstra and simulated annealing algorithms and then was applied to the design of global path planning of transformer substation intelligent inspection robot. We also constructed an electronic map system with global path planning functionality, which was based on SQL Server and VC++. The system has been put into operation in a transformer substation inspection robot platform.Actual operation results show that the model is feasible and highlyefficient.

We therefore achieve the intelligent interactions between things and between users and physical world, which break through the boundary between virtualization and reality in pervasive computing and provide more intelligent computation and service. We eventually construct intelligent interaction architecture in smart grid system with the presented architecture, which proves the effectiveness of this architecture.

         We presented a capacitive sensor based fuel level measurement approach to compensate the defect of  traditional  float variable resistor measurement approach. It detects fuel level based on the better linear relationship between fuel level and the capacitance of a capacitive sensor. Experimental results show that better linear relationship exists between  fuel level and the capacitance of a capacitive sensor, less than ±5% measurement error. It has such benefits as less power consumption and long lifetime.

          We developed a practical intelligent alarm prediction and processing system in view of some negatives of a  traditional  security and protection system (SPS). This system can achieve realtime prediction for the intruder path of a surveillance object and alarm transmission in advance.The system can also automatically choose an optimum alarm processing strategy based on police distribution, alarm emergency priority and the risk control mechanism of a protection object, and then make active defense. The system can be applied to many regional SPS and improve the intelligent level of a SPS.
