This paper addressed a type of chemostat model with linear variable yield and Beddington-DeAngelis type functional response. We deliberately analyze the existence and local asymptotic stability of its equilibrium. We also prove that the washout equilibrium  E0 is globally asymptotically stable using Liapunov-LaSalle invariant principle. E10 and E20 are globally asymptotically stable. Numerical simulations are presented to demonstrate the global asymptotic stability of four equilibrium E0, E10, E20, E* .

We present a method of constructing simultaneous confidence intervals with marginal equal tail probability for a mean vector. Estimation of sample mean value is obtained by resamplling. We further construct simultaneous confidence intervals of a mean vector with percentile interpolation and the estimation. We compare the method with Bonferroni, Efron and Normal Exact methods dependent on normal approximation. Simulation results show that the method is simple and feasible.

Large amount of pharmaceutical waste will be produced during abamectin production. Existence of pesticide residue greatly restricts resource utilization of pharmaceutical waste. We isolated a strain AZ11 from those long-term stacked pharmaceutical waste, which had better abamectin degradation function. It was identified as Bacillus stearothermophilus through 16s rDNA sequence analysis. Experimental results show that the degradation rate can reach 77.6% after 72 hours of culture. The strain can grow better at temperature higher than 40 ℃. It demonstrates better protease and celluase activity. This indicates that the strain can implement resource and hazardfree utilization of pharmaceutical waste.

Results show that 1/4MS+IAA 0.2 mg·L-1+sucrose 20 g·L-1 with cinder as a support is the best medium for bottle reproduction of tube seedlings. Cutting of micro rootstock with 2 growing points on the seedbed with cinder as matrix is an ideal reproduction method. The transplanting survival rate of the tube seedlings of micro rhizome is 98.6%. The survival tube seedlings preserve all botany characteristics of wild Ixeris chinensis.

We investigate their tree height, DBH (diameter at breast height) and volume growth property by planting contrast test, comprehensive investigation and stem analysis to get their growth difference. This can provide scientific reference for poplar selection in experimental area. Experimental results show that Zhongzhu 6 is the most suitable clone. 50 Yang, sandy and NL351 exhibit well. I-107 and Zhongluo 759 are not suitable for the test area. Clone 2001 has the highest trunk plumpness while clone 102 has the lowest trunk plumpness.

The doping of sulfur can introduce Zn vacancies into ZnO material, which will enhance visible emission. We prepared Sdoped ZnO wurtzite structures with hydrothermal method. The size of ZnO crystals increases from 1.2 μm to 2.3 μm with the increase of resultant temperature. Crystal growth of ZnO changes from uniform growth at lower temperature to preferential growth of some crystals at higher temperature. Ultraviolet and visible emissions are all enhanced, but the enhancement of visible emission is significantly greater than that of ultraviolet emission. This demonstrates that the increase of growth temperature will improve the quality of crystals. The existence of sulfur will soon increase Zn vacancies. The result shows a potential application of ZnO material in a visible emission device.

We performed numerical simulation for the fluid flow and heat transfer process of plane and declined wave fin (15°, 30° and 45° declined angles) on oscillating heat pipe. We also obtained fluid temperature field and velocity field distribution and compared the results. Simulation results show that the heat transfer effect of declined wave fin on oscillating heat pipe increases with the increase of the declined angle, but pressure loss also increases. These simulation results are reference guide to heat transfer enhancement on oscillating heat pipe heat exchanger.

A distributed feedback (DFB) fiber laser is packaged with a polyurethane spindle structure for acoustic sensing. It is tested in a standing wave tube calibration field. Phase demodulator OPD4000 is employed to precisely measure the phase shift. We obtain the phase sensitivity of -122.6 dB re rad/μPa, i.e. 3.8 nm/MPa at 1 kHz. The frequency response is flat in the range of 10 Hz~10 kHz with the fluctuation of no more than ±9 dB. Its signal and noise ratio (SNR) is equal to standard PZT hydrophone.

We implement a web pagination query model based on MVC pattern and Struts2 framework for the issue of pagination query in Java EE based web application system. We achieve portability of different database by defining an abstract class DAO in business logic layer based on MVC layer structure design. JSP and Struts2 tags are applied to view layer to achieve the separation of pagination navigation display from its logic. Practical application shows that the page component model has good portability and good decoupling performance, easy to be maintained.

We stated various modes of vehicle queuing and constructed a vehicle queue length model based on shock wave theory for upstream and downstream traffic flows between two adjacent intersections to describe vehicle queue growth and dissipation between signalized intersections with different cycles, taking the key intersection of twice cycles of doublecycle intersection as an example. We also designed a simulation scheme with traffic simulation software VISSIM to validate the effectiveness of the model. 35 groups of data were obtained through simulation, each of which included 84 valid data by many combinations of signal red time difference and traffic flow rate under different conditions. Results show that the number of signal cycles whose relative error between the simulated and calculated values of queue dissipation length is less than 10% accounts for 75.56% and 95.00% for upstream and downstream traffic flows. The longer the cycle length at a signalized intersection is, the longer the average and maximum queue dissipation lengths are. Research results demonstrate that the model can be applied to the estimation of the queue length between signalized intersections with different cycles. The model can therefore provide a scientific basis for the optimization and adjustment of a traffic control scheme.

We constructed a negative binomial regression based expressway traffic accidents temporalspatial analysis model from nine independent variables in time and space domains to analyze the impacts of expressway horizontal and vertical alignments and other traffic related factors on traffic safety. We then perform model fitting and test, taking a typical dangerous expressway section as an example. Results show that the negative binomial regression based expressway traffic accidents temporalspatial analysis model has better fitting effect. Accident rate is positively relative to curve proportion and cumulative effect of continuous downhill, while negatively relative to mean gradient and large car proportion.

This paper applies dynamic routing bus service to urbanrural public transportation by analyzing the status quo of urbanrural public transportation in view of the issue of rural passenger transport and the characteristics of resident trip. A vehicle routing optimization model is presented to minimize the total operation cost based on the limits of vehicle number and capacity. Software Lingo12.0 is then employed to solve the mathematical model. The case of Liushi town validates its effectiveness. Results indicate that the model can be employed to arrange the optimum route for urbanrural public transportation and reduce total operation cost in the condition of satisfying the requirement of passenger transport.

The paper presents a history fault database based fault diagnosis model, taking ETCs as an example. A fault symptom vector is initially generated through acquiring abnormal data stream and preprocessing them. It is then fed into a history fault database to match a fault pattern. The unmatched vector serves as a training sample to obtain the corresponding rule between fault symptom and fault cause through decision tree algorithm C4.5. The rule is saved into the history fault database and provide the reference for future diagnosis. Test shows that the diagnosis model has certain reliability and validity.

This paper analyzes time and spatial changes of Jinan arrival tourist market with such parameters as annual concentration index, geographic concentration index, preference scale and competition state and 13 Jinan tourist source countries from 1996 to 2010 as objects. Research reveals that the annual concentration index of all source countries is unobvious. The geographic concentration index of international tourist demonstrates descendent trend. Preference scale distinction of arrival tourist market is not obvious. Variation trend of preference scale is clearly different. Jinan tourist competition capability is weak and star or bull markets are scare. The research can provide suggestion for the optimism of Jinan arrival tourist market.
