Abstract:

     We separated and identified volatile chemical constituents from Rabdosia japonica var. glaucocalyx by HS-SPME-GC-MS. Fifty components were identified and separated, accounting for 85.33% of the total peak area. These components include alkane, olefin, enol，ketone, alcohol,organic acid, and have higher application value in medicine and chemical industries. Experimental results provide a scientific basis for further exploitation and utilization of the herb.
