Call for Papers: Special Topic on "Artificial Intelligence + Empowering Scientific Research and Industrial Innovation"
Shandong Science is a comprehensive academic journal of natural sciences, overseen and sponsored by Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences). Established in 1984, it is currently recognized as a core journal in China's science and technology sector, an RCCSE China Core Academic Journal, and a CACJ China Applied Core Journal. Its mission is to base itself on the local province while serving the entire nation. The primary focus is on reporting fundamental and applied theoretical research across various disciplines of natural sciences. It promotes the scientific and technological policies of the Party and the state, reflects the latest scientific and technological achievements, disseminates scientific and technological information, and exchanges academic ideas. It aims to facilitate the commercialization and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, thereby driving the development of science and technology.
Currently, the new generation of artificial intelligence technology, represented by large models, machine learning, knowledge graphs, and intelligent computing, is rapidly developing and accelerating its deep integration with scientific research, engineering technology, and industrial applications. "AI+" not only provides new methods and tools for scientific research but also injects new momentum into the digitalization, intelligentization, and green transformation of industries. AI-driven scientific discoveries, technological research and development, and industrial innovation are gradually becoming an important force in cultivating new productive forces and promoting high-quality development.
In order to centrally showcase the latest research achievements in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) empowering scientific research and industrial innovation, and to promote the cross-integration and academic exchanges between AI technology and natural sciences, engineering technologies, as well as industrial applications, Shandong Science intends to organize a special issue on "AI+ Empowering Scientific Research and Industrial Innovation". We are now inviting submissions from experts, scholars, and scientific researchers in related fields.
The special topic covers, but is not limited to, the following directions:

Submission requirements:
1. The thesis requires a clear argument, correct and novel position, sufficient evidence, detailed information, reliable data, concise writing, rigorous logic, attention to standardization and normalization, adherence to scientific ethics and morality, and the elimination of all academic misconduct.
2. The editorial department does not accept submissions in paper format. Authors are required to log in to our journal's website (https://www.sdkx.net) and select "Artificial Intelligence + Empowering Scientific Research and Industrial Innovation" in the "Proposed Submission Section". To facilitate editing and revision, submissions should be made in Word format. Specific requirements can be found in the submission guidelines on the website.
3. Authors are responsible for the content of their submissions; please refrain from submitting the same manuscript to multiple journals and strictly avoid plagiarism. If excerpts or quotations from other works are included in the manuscript, please list the authors and sources in the references.
4. The final decision regarding the acceptance of column articles rests with the editorial board of Shandong Science
