Abstract:
This paper designs an efficient video image processing system for the collected images from various clement weather. It can perform lots of processing for realtime images and recorded playback images. It includes such clarification functionalities for a blurred image as image defogging and denoising. It has such positives as stablity, reliablity, easy operation and a common standard interface, and can be flexibly employed at the front end or back end to process an image. The system can be widely applied in traffic monitoring,bank surveillance, etc.
