    The optimization of enzymatic hydrolysis of antlers polypeptide was conducted by central composite design-response surface methodology. The antlers polypeptide was obtained by pepsin hydrolysis antlers collagen which was decocted extract from antlers. The effects of substrate concentration, enzyme dosage, temperature, pH and enzymolysis time on the peak areas and polypeptide content of peptides were investigated by single factor method. Then, substrate concentration, enzyme dosage and temperature were taken as the independent variables. Meanwhile, the polypeptide content of peptides and polypeptide peak areas were taken as the dependent variables for the central composite design-response surface test which could determine the best enzymatic hydrolysis process. Finally, the experiment was verified. The results indicated that the best processing conditions were: enzyme loading was 1.8%, substrate concentration was 0.08 mg/mL and the temperature was 40 ℃. The method was simple, feasible, stable and predictive.

    The dynamic changes of ephedrine hydrochloride,pseudoephedrine hydrochloride,asarinin,benzoylaconitine, benzoylaconitine and benzoylaconitine in Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction during the extraction process were studied. HPLC was used to determine the content changes of six active ingredients in the water extract at different times. According to the dissolvingout amount and transfer rate, the dissolution amount of six active ingredients in the first 90 minutes showed an upward trend, and the composition was stable. After 90 minutes, the growth trend of dissolution rate slowed down and there were different degrees of depletion, and the components existed in unstable state. The extraction process of Mahuang Xixin Fuzi Decoction can be extracted by water and boiling for 90 minutes, which can ensure the stable existence of the efficacy index components and the maximum dissolvingout amount.

    Through pharmacological study on Tonglishu Granule, its therapeutic effects on acute gouty arthritis were evaluated. A rat model of acute gouty arthritis induced by sodium urate was established. Tonglishu Granules were given 3.24,6.48 ,12.96 g/kg respectively to investigate the improvement of ankle swelling degree; The pain threshold of mice was determined by hot plate method, and Tonglishu Granules were given 4.68,9.36,18.72 g/kg to evaluate the painrelieving effect; To establish a model for auricle swelling in mice induced by croton oil, Tonglishu Granules were given 4.68, 9.36, 18.72 g/kg to observe its antiinflammatory effect. The results showed that Tonglishu Granule could improve the degree of ankle joint swelling in rats and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors TNFα and IL6, and improve the pain threshold of mice measured by hot plate method, which had certain analgesic effect. Tonglishu Granule also had certain antiinflammatory effect on croton oilinduced ear swelling in mice.

    To investigate the protective effect and the mechanism of Wuwei Baoganwan(WBW) on alcohol-induced liver injury in mice, fifty healthy male KM mice were randomly divided into five groups: normal control (NC) group, model control (MC) group, high-,medium-,and low-dose WBW group, 10 mice in each group. To those in NC and MC group, 20 g/L CMC-Na Solution was given; those in high-,medium-,and low-dose WBW group were treated with WBW suspl. of 0.5, 0.25, 0.125 g/kg, respectively. The medication in all groups was given through intragastric administration, once a day for ten consecutive days. After 2 hours of administration every day, the mice of MC group and WBW groups were orally given 56% alcohol of 12 mL/kg to establish alcoholinduced liver injury model. And to those in the NC group, equal dose of normal saline was given. The activity of ALT, AST, the content of CYP450 in liver microsome and the activity of CYP2E1 were respectively measured. Compared with the MC group, the ALT and AST levels were notably inhibited to increase in the three doses of WBW groups. The CYP450 content in the liver microsome were obviously increased. The activity of CYP2E1 was significantly decreased. Among them, there was significant difference between the middle and high dose of WBW groups(P<0.05).WBW shows protective effect on alcohol-induced liver injury in mice which might be related to its increasing the content of CYP450 and reducing the activity of CYP2E1.

    The six-axis robot was employed to weld AZ31 magnesium alloy plates. The automatic arc welding parameters of the AZ31 magnesium alloy plates were investigated in detail. After welding, microstructure, precipitates, and tensile properties of AZ31 joint were studied by using the optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction and universal testing machine. A sound joint was obtained under the welding parameters: welding current 160 A, welding speed 0.45 m/min, wire speed 0.6 m/min, distance between tungsten and plate (first half 0.5 mm, later half 2.0 mm), front face shielding gas 16 L/min, and back face shielding gas 21 L/min. The microstructure of AZ31 auto-welded joints consisted of base metal (BM), heat affected zone (HAZ), and fusion zone (FZ). A large amount of the hard β-Mg17Al12 phases were formed in FZ and HAZ. The ultimate tensile strength of the AZ31 joint was up to 80.02% of the BM. The fracture surface of the tensile specimen exhibited obvious ductilebrittle mixed facture, which were characterized by some dimples and cleavage surfaces.

    The propellers of semisubmersible offshore drilling platform are facing such problems as cavitation corrosion, electrochemical corrosion and marine biofouling. In view of  these problems, the application research progress of welding, bonding, thermal spraying and cold spraying repair technology is reviewed. It is believed that the current propeller repairing and remanufacturing technology generally has defects such as stress concentration in the repair layer, low bonding strength, high porosity, and high temperatureinduced material denaturation. Therefore, future research work should be directed to avoid stress concentration, increase the bonding strength of the repair layer, reduce the operating temperature, and reduce the porosity, in order to prepare more denser and uniform repair layer.

    In order to increase the wellhead pressure in Puguang gas field that had high sulfur containing natural gas, a plan of using natural gas ejector to improve the pressure of low-pressure natural gas formation then transport was expressed. Due to the change of temperature and pressure in the process of ejection supercharging, high sulfur containing natural gas may produce sulfur release in ejector, the deposition of elemental sulfur can cause clogging and increase the corrosion of equipment. In this paper, a mathematical model for ejection supercharging of high sulfur containing natural gas was established to study the pressure, temperature and velocity distribution characteristics of natural gas in the ejector. The factors affecting the entrainment ratio were studied, and the possibility of sulfur release in the process of ejection supercharging was analyzed. The result shows that sulfur release occurs in the ejector under the design condition. The analysis results can provide guidance for ejection supercharging technology of high sulfur containing natural gas field.

    The micro-cylinder-group is an efficient heat dissipation structure, which has great application prospects for solving the cooling problems in micro space. The flow characteristics in the channel with micro-cylinder-group are the foundation for the design and optimization of the heat dissipation structure. Micro particle image velocimetry (Micro-PIV) was used to study the flow past the micro-cylinder-group and the flow field around micro-cylinders with different Reynolds numbers was measured. The velocity field of the micro-cylinder-group and the effects of Reynolds number on the vortex structure and the backflow length were analyzed. The results show that vortex structure appears in the wake region of micro-cylinder and the backflow length increases gradually with the increase of Reynolds number. The boundary layer separation phenomenon in flow past the micro-cylinder has a certain lag compared with the macro-scale.

    As a new standard blocking format, under the premise of ensuring the safe operation of trains, Moving block can make the headway time of trains as the minimum. Around the headway time of trains under the moving block system, the calculation method of section time occupancy belt occupied by a train was presented. Then, using the overlapping method, a new headway calculation method was designed which was based on blocking time under the moving block system. Finally, several simulation experiments were designed on the visual studio platform about the factors affecting the headway time, quantitative analysis of different influence factors on the law of time headways using the calculation method of tracking headway.

    In this paper, a typical American all-way stop-controlled intersection was studied mainly through theoretical modeling and analysis of this kind of intersection, and the relationship between pedestrian crossing delay and vehicle delay was studied. The conflicts between pedestrians and vehicles in intersection were analyzed, and the conflicts were divided into 12 types. Then the models for the interrelationship between pedestrians and vehicles in the two situations of pedestrians crossing halfway and crossing completely were built, and the existing data were used for verification and error analysis. Finally, the model was evaluated by traffic simulation software, which reflected the defects of existing simulation software.

    Tourism supply chain is a system, which can meet all needs of customers on tourism by providing tangible products and intangible services. However, the distribution channel of tourism products is different from that of tangible products because of their intangibility. Accordingly, for purpose of investigating into the tourism supply system involving of multiple competitive travel agencies and a predominant supplier, we formulated a bilevel programming model with multifollowers to illustrate how to determinate the price of tourism products competitively sold through the traditional retail or the internet channel. The numerical analysis revealed that the travel supplier can get more equilibrium profits than not only that of any single travel agency but also the sum of profits of both travel agencies. It also showed the travel agency, who has larger potential market shares, can get more equilibrium profits than the other one. Eventually, we analyzed the sensitivity of the parameters in the model by use of the scenario analysis to demonstrate how the market factors have effect on the equilibrium results. One obtained from the results: substitution coefficient between the distribution channel of the tourism productions is positively related with the equilibrium price and profits of both the travel supplier and two travel agencies; travel agency with more actual sale quantity can get more equilibrium profit than the other one and its equilibrium profit is independent of the equilibrium price of tourism product, when varying the potential market shares of the travel supplier and two travel agencies; Two travel agencies’ price elasticities were negatively related to their equilibrium prices.

    The power conversion circuit of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system powered by single phase sinusoidal AC power supply was studied in this paper. The filter capacitor, the current of rectifier BR and the parameters of the main circuit of the control system  were analyzed and calculated, and the formula for calculating the key parameters was also derived. Finally, the correctness of the principle analysis and the feasibility of the circuit parameter calculation method were verified by experiments, which had a certain reference value for the design of power transformation circuit.

    Based on the large universal finite element software ANSYS, the APDL language was applied to the parametric analysis and three-dimensional modeling of complex joint geometric objects of structural gantry of switchyard, and the UIDL language was used in the interactive graphical user interface design. Moreover, the visual simulation analysis system for complex joint of structural gantry of switchyard was developed. Meanwhile, the simulation system was verified when the simulation results were compared with experimental ones. The system makes up for deficiency the design code has in which the internal forces of various components in the complex joints of structural gantry of switchyard cannot be accurately analyzed because of the simplification of it as a truss structure system. It is important that the system improves design accuracy, efficiency, and the user acceptance of the simulation and analysis with ANSYS.

    For the trajectory tracking control problem of joint robot, the idea of feed-forward compensation was designed for conventional PID control in order to improve the tracking performance of the system. This method was applied to GR-II type twojoint robot. The simulation results proved that the control method could guarantee good trajectory tracking performance of the system, and effectively restrain interferences. Compared with conventional PID control, the method proposed in this paper has better control performance.

    By using the intermediate value property of continuous functions and the monotone of Lebesgue measure, we obtain that Lebesgue measure possesses the property of intermediate value. As an application, we prove that the inverse proposition of absolute continuity of Lebesgue integral is true.

    The conjecture of vertex coloring was proposed in this paper:χ(G)≤S+C, where  χ(G) is the vertex coloring number of agraph and S is vertex number of maximum clique;C is a constant and CZ+. If C=1,p is vertex number of G, we prove that for some graphs of S=p-6, χ(G)≤p-5.
