    Abstract3408)      PDF(pc) (1173KB)(3891)
In this study, a quantitative proton nuclear magnetic resonance (qHNMR) method was proposed to determine the deuteration rate of iodomethane-d3.An experiment was conducted on a 400 MHz spectrometer using dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO-d6) as the internal standard reference and deuterated solvent, respectively. The following parameters were set: spectral width 4807.69 Hz, transmitter frequency offset 2000.65 Hz, relaxation delay time 65 s, and number of scans 16 times. The peak of δ2.16 in iodomethane-d2 and that of δ8.07 in dimethyl terephthalate were considered as the quantitative and internal standard peaks, respectively. The methodological assessment of linearity, precision, repeatability, stability, and durability was performed, and good results were achieved. The proposed qHNMR method can be used for determining the deuteration rate of iodomethane-d3. This method is accurate, reliable, simple, and fast and does not require its own reference substance. Thus, it can meet the test requirements of iodomethane-d3 deuteration rate in the laboratory.

This paper addresses the impacts of different culture conditions on the vitrification of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.f.alba seedlings. We investigated the influences of KT/NAA ratio, active carbon and agar concentration on the prevention of vitrification of tissue culture seedlings with the tender stems of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. f.alba C.Y. Wu et H.W.Li.‘ buyu’ as the explants and MS as basic medium. Experimental results show that the tissue culture seedlings has higher bud multiplication coefficient and lower vitrification rate when KT concentration of 1.5 mg·L-1, NAA concentration of 0.5 mg·L-1, active carbon of 0.3% and agar concentration of 0.8% are employed. Therefore, the MS+KT 1.5 mg·L-1 +NAA 0.5 mg·L-1 + agar 0. 8% +active carbon 0.3% medium can effectively prevent vitrification of plantlets.

    Abstract2085)      PDF(pc) (1377KB)(4483)

We present a simple and effective calibration method for robot tool frame calibration. This method is based on the kinematic computation of a stacking robot, and recognizes the relative position of the tool frame to the end of the robot without the aid of extra measurement equipment. The method then recognizes the orientation of the robot tool frame based on the derived relative position. This method only employs the linear least square algorithm, so it is easy to be realized. We employ MATLAB and Virtual Robot Simulator to simulate the proposed method. Results show that the method is feasible and can be applied to practical environments to reduce the offline time and improve the level of automation.

    Abstract2039)      PDF(pc) (2168KB)(911)
For exploring the green methods of soil disinfection, the disinfection effects of ozone water at different mass concentrations on three soil-borne pathogenic fungi, Fusarium oxysporum, Rhizoctonia solani, and Botrytis cinerea, were studied. The results showed that ozone water in the mass concentration range of 1.0~5.0 mg/L has certain sterilizing effect on the spores of the three pathogenic fungi. The mass concentration of ozone water is the main factor affecting the sterilization rate, whereas the treatment time has no significant effect on it. Increasing the mass concentration of ozone water and the frequency of irrigation can significantly enhance the sterilization rate of the three pathogenic fungi in the soil. Irrigation of the soil with ozone water can significantly reduce disease incidence in plants. However, it leads to growth inhibition, and the introduction of Trichoderma can eliminate this inhibition.

We also separated mycelia by extraction and filtering, dried and weighted them, and calculated their biomass. Phenol sulfuric acid was then employed to determine the content of exopolysaccharides. Weighted evaluation of exopolysaccharides content and mycelial biomass shows that the optimum liquid medium is composed of glucose of 3%, yeast powder of 0.15%, KH2PO4 of 0.30% and MgSO4 of 0.20%.

Refraction index is an important parameter reflecting film composition and density. It also reflects preparation quality of thin film, which directly affects the transformation efficiency of a solar cell. This paper investigated the impact of radio frequency power, chamber pressure, substrate temperature and the ratio of saline and ammonia on the refraction index of silicon nitride thin film deposited on a c-Si solar cell. We analyze the reason that refractive index of azotized silicon thin film changes with different deposition conditions.

    Abstract1944)      PDF(pc) (1137KB)(1953)

We designed a DNS based reducing sugar detector. It has such advantages as low-concentration reducing sugar detection, convenient operation, easy maintenance, high accuracy and good repeatability. It employs colorimetry to detect the differential light absorption value of dye liquor before and after heating and then to calculate the content of reducing sugar in a sample. We discover that the content of reducing sugar is proportional to the light absorption value. Glucose of 0.1% is used to calibrate measurement. The linear rate of more than 0.99 exists when the concentration range is between 0% and 0.1%. The detector can stably detect the content of reducing sugar in beer, sorbitol and ferment.

    Abstract1943)      PDF(pc) (1072KB)(1698)

We investigated the influences of glucose solution concentration, diatomite model, volume of mixed decolorants, ratio of activated charcoal and diatomite on decoloring efficiency with the running time in the deckleboard of mixture of glucose raw materials and decolorants as a parameter to increase decoloring efficiency and to decrease the costs in the production of medical anhydrous glucose. Orthogonal experiment shows that the parameter can reach the maximum in the conditions of 69% glucose liquid concentration, 700# diatomite, 7‰ volume of decolorants and 5:2 ratio of activated charcoal and diatomite. Moreover, the employment of mixed decolorants decreases the amount of activated charcoal and filter cloth by almost 30%, so production costs are reduced.

    Abstract1928)      PDF(pc) (1009KB)(1928)

This paper presents a rapid detection method for the composition of corn steep water and provides the basis for optimal control of steeping process. We employ biosensors and an automatic analyzer to determine the contents of reducing sugar, glucose and lactic acid in corn steep water and present their variation rule. Detection results show that the content of reducing sugar, glucose and protein initially decreases and then increases, but the content of lactic acid initially increases and then decreases. Moreover, this biosensor detection method has less error and offers simpler operation, so rapid detection goal can be achieved.

    J4    2011, 24 (5): 26-29.
    Abstract1919)      PDF(pc) (1542KB)(1790)

We addressed the effects of different ZnO content on the crystallization behavior and property of the Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 glass system with differential scanning calorimeters (DSC), x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). Experimental results show that its precipitated phases are cristobalite, tridymite, Li2SiZnO4and SiO2. The relative cristobalite content initially increases and then decreases with the increase of ZnO content. The cristobalite phase influenced thermal expansion coefficient α also initially increases and then decreases. The relative cristobalite content reaches the highest value when the ZnO content arrives at 21.1%.Its thermal expansion coefficient α reaches the maximum value of 19.13×10-6/℃ when the ZnO content arrives at 26.7%.
