Abstract:

This paper performs sensitivity analysis of the quality evaluation model for honeysuckle. This quantitatively shows the influences of the variation of every common peak in the chromatography fingerprint atlas of crude medicine on pharmacological efficacy (antibacerial rate). This analysis provides a new and referential method for the quality evaluation of traditional Chinese herbal medicine.

Key words: honeysuckle, sensitivity analysis, spectrum-efficient correlation pattern, quality evaluation
