4-Dimethylaminobutyraldehyde diethyl acetal is a key intermediate for the preparation of anti-migraine drugs. Its synthesis technique significantly affects the production cost of anti-migraine drugs. We catalyzed the reaction of 1-bromo-3-chloro propane and dimethylamine solution with PEG as a phase transfer catalyst, and obtained 3-dimethylamino-1-chloro propane. 3-dimethylamino-1-chloro propane reacted with magnesium and Grinard reagent was acquired. We eventually obtained our target compound by the reaction of Grinard reagent and triethyl orthoformate. The total recovery rate of our target compound was 70.11%. The advantages of this method are simple operation, low environment pollution, high recovery rate and easy implementation.

This paper performs sensitivity analysis of the quality evaluation model for honeysuckle. This quantitatively shows the influences of the variation of every common peak in the chromatography fingerprint atlas of crude medicine on pharmacological efficacy (antibacerial rate). This analysis provides a new and referential method for the quality evaluation of traditional Chinese herbal medicine.

We performed the field efficacy test of Azotobacter chroococcum YKT41 and Burkholderia vietnamiensis B418 to prove their biocontrol of eggplant rootknot nematode disease. Results show that the control efficacy of YKT41 and B418 is 72.8% and 75.6%, yield increased by 14.6% and 12.7%,under the condition of dosage employment of 2.0kg/667m2. These biocontrol agents therefore have better generalization value. Their activity depends on living microbe, and their activity sharply declines after no living microbe. Both biocontrol agents therefore must be employed within the guarantee period.

We constructed recombinant plasmid pUT-M by ligating mpd gene on a suicide plasmid pUT-Km1. We integrated mpd gene onto the chromosome of B.vietnamiensis B418 by triparental hybridization and obtained a multifunctional engineering stain. Experimental results show that the engineering stain retains its original activity of phosphorus or potassium decomposition and nitrogen fixation. The strain degrades chlorpyrifos in solution at a rate of 65% 48 hours later. Moreover, the strain can also degrade chlorpyrifos in simulated soil and the degradation rate can reach 91% 20 days later.

We develop a temperature-unaware fiber Bragg grating (FBG) displacement sensor in view of big labor-consumption in the monitoring of railway roadbed deformation and no acquisition of real-time road information. It has the measurement range of 100 mm and measurement accuracy of 0.1 mm. Data analysis of more than two months scene test shows that the designed sensor can reflect the real-time information of the railway roadbed deformation, especially for the information of the negative influence of precipitation on the rate of roadbed deformation.

This paper presented a novel digital delay system based on such positives as high conversion rate, low delay and high reliability of emitter coupled logic (ECL).The LVTTL signal, which was the output of FPGA and served as the input trigger signal, was transmitted to AD9500 after level conversion. The delayed output signal of AD9500 was converted back to LVTTL signal to be the ouput signal of the system terminal. Differential signal served as the input of the system, and terminal circuit was employed to process the transmitted signal. Test results show that the system achieves a delay resolution of 100 ps.

We addressed the effects of different ZnO content on the crystallization behavior and property of the Li2O-ZnO-SiO2 glass system with differential scanning calorimeters (DSC), x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electronic microscope (SEM). Experimental results show that its precipitated phases are cristobalite, tridymite, Li2SiZnO4and SiO2. The relative cristobalite content initially increases and then decreases with the increase of ZnO content. The cristobalite phase influenced thermal expansion coefficient α also initially increases and then decreases. The relative cristobalite content reaches the highest value when the ZnO content arrives at 21.1%.Its thermal expansion coefficient α reaches the maximum value of 19.13×10-6/℃ when the ZnO content arrives at 26.7%.

We generalize the concepts of some (∈,∈∨q)- fuzzy subsets to Γ- semigroups. We also introduce the concept of (∈,∈∨q)- fuzzy Γ- subsemigroup,(∈,∈∨q)- fuzzy bi-ideal and (∈,∈∨q)- fuzzy generalized bi-ideal into Γ- semigroups, and address their expressions with some theories of fuzzy sets. It is proved that the intersection and union of (∈,∈∨q)- fuzzy bi-ideals are still (∈,∈∨q)- fuzzy bi-ideals, and that every (∈,∈∨q)- fuzzy generalized bi-ideal of regular Γ- semigroups is a (∈,∈∨q)- fuzzy bi-ideal.

This paper addresses a Mediator/Wrapper model based multi-source heterogeneous data integration approach, and poses a component-oriented multi-source heterogeneous data integration architecture to share heterogeneous data sources. This architecture divides data sources into many components to facilitate heterogeneous data sources query and hides the distinction of low-layer data sources by the free combination of different components. This enables users to seamlessly and flexibly access heterogeneous data. This effectively solves the sharing problem of heterogeneous data sources.

This paper presents an improved association rule mining algorithm for the recommended system, and our definition for the page weights. We improve the association graph based association rules mining algorithm, and apply the page weights to the mining of association rules. This algorithm employs the data acquired after pretreatment to web log to mine the association rules. Page weights are obtained through the processing of such data with a normal distribution function. The algorithm then uses the page weights to recalculate the page support, which is applied to the improved rule mining algorithm. We can therefore acquire page weights based association rule algorithm of an association graph.

This improved Relief algorithm can reduce noise pollution and address the issue of small samples, so the selected features can be employed to better classify faces. We prove the effectiveness of this method with the experiment to AR face database and comparisons with feature selection algorithms of intra- and inter-cluster distance.
