           1HNMR can be employed to determine the molecular structures of bile acid and its derivatives. This paper studies addresses the effects of methylacrylate on chemical shift of hydrogen on bile acid steroids skeleton. Results show that chemical shift of hydrogen alters in order with methylacrylates substituting hydroxyl group hydrogen atoms of bile acid one by one.

           Hightemperature water (HTW), an environmentally friendly chemical reaction medium, has recently received attention. It is so significant for environment protection to substitute hazardous organic solvents with hightemperature water.  Unique physicochemical properties of HTW can be employed to optimize reaction process, to increase reaction efficiency and to simplify separation process. Highly efficient hydrogenation and hydrocracking of petroleum are important paths for efficient utilization of fossil resources. We survey research advances of HTW in hydrogenation and hydrocracking of heavy oil.

          We investigated growth of growing point, differentiation of growing buds, rooting and transplantation of tube seedling for the tender stem of  Elsholtzia ciliata. We further successfully invented a rapid propagation technology for Elsholtzia ciliate. Results show that the optimal media is 1/3MS+KT 0.1 mg·L-1+IAA 0.1 mg·L-1 for the growth of growing point, MS+6-BA 0.6 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 for differentiation of growing buds and White+IBA 0.1 mg·L-1+IAA 0.3 mg·L-1 for the rooting of growing differentiated buds, continuative rooting cultivation of tube seedling and rapid propagation.

             We determined polysaccharides content of two manufactures from the leaves of Pyrus betulaefolia Bge. using phenolvitriol method.With the contrast, glucose, we measured their absorbency at the wavelength of 490 nm. A good linear relationship exists between the absorbency and the determined content in the range of 0.01968 ~0.0984 mg. Recovery experiment indicates that the average recovery rate is 99.02 % (n=5) and that RSD is 3.34 %. Determination results of total polysaccharide contents from different processes are 7.82% for that prepared by the traditional process of drying by sun and dewing in night and 5.27% for that prepared by sunbaked till to red after humidity accumulation. Experimental results show that the content of total polysaccharide in the leaves of P. betulaefolia Bge. is high. It can therefore be utilized as a total polysaccharide rich medical resource.

            This paper presents the effects of B and Nd combined addition on microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ91 alloy. SEM results show that B and Nd combined addition significantly refines the grain size of α-Mg and β-Mg17Al12  precipitates. Grain refinement is due to the presence of AlB2 particles, nucleants for Mg grains, and Nd addition refines β-Mg17Al12 phases.  Al2Nd and Mg12Nd exist on the intermetallic surface. They have high thermal stability and significantly improve mechanical properties of magnesium alloys. Normal temperature mechanical properties of AZ91 alloys are greatly improved due to grain refinement and the presence of Al2Nd and Mg12Nd.

            We employed the software, Anycasting, to simulate filling and solidification for an intake pipe metallic gravity cast. We also compared the influences of singleside and doubleside bottom pouring processing schemes. Results show that the filling state of singleside bottom pouring scheme is more optimal. Its feeding channel is clear,the shrinkage and the dispersed shrinkage are basically eliminated.

             This paper presents a MATLAB 7.0 based design method for an IIR filter. This paper further gives the design scheme and simulation results of Butterworth lowpass, bandpass and Chebyshev Ⅰ IIR filters. The simulation results satisfy the requirements for filter design parameters.

           The main negatives of a ZigBee wireless sensor network are limited computing ability, storage capacity and self resources. Network security is one of the main restrictions to its rapid development. It is therefore quite significant to guarantee its security. Key management is the basis for such security. This paper statistically analyzes the relationship between network size and the number of polygon vertices with the relationship among vertices, sides and diagonals of a polygon and then presents a novel key management scheme. This scheme has higher security but lower storage and computing capability requirements, so it reduces the requirement for network resources and can guide further research on network security.

             This paper presents a wireless sensor networks based ocean environment monitoring system. It employs ZigBee, GPRS and satellite communication technologies to construct an ocean environment monitoring network covering offshore and distant sea. It can effectively detect ocean pollution and provide a new technology alternative, so it has a higher reference value and broad application prospects.

            This paper presents a rapid detection method for the composition of corn steep water and provides the basis for optimal control of steeping process.We employ biosensors and an automatic analyzer to determine the contents of reducing sugar, glucose and lactic acid in corn steep water and present their variation rule. Detection results show that the content of reducing sugar, glucose and protein initially decreases and then increases, but the content of lactic acid initially increases and then decreases. Moreover, this biosensor detection method has less error and offers simpler operation, so rapid detection goal can be achieved.

            We investigated the influences of glucose solution concentration, diatomite model, volume of mixed decolorants, ratio of activated charcoal and diatomite on decoloring efficiency with the running time in the deckleboard of mixture of glucose raw materials and decolorants as a parameter to increase decoloring efficiency and to decrease the costs in the production of medical anhydrous glucose. Orthogonal experiment shows that the parameter can reach the maximum in the conditions of 69% glucose liquid concentration, 700# diatomite, 7‰ volume of decolorants and 5:2 ratio of activated charcoal and diatomite. Moreover, the employment of mixed decolorants decreases the amount of activated charcoal and filter cloth by almost 30%, so production costs are reduced.

           We introduced threedimensional motion parallax into structural deformation monitoring experiment, in which we employed motion parallax to process steel shelves deformation data. Experimental results show that the images of shelves are stable. This method takes such negative influences as resolution, focus and external experimental conditions into account and effectively eliminates them. A common digital camera therefore can be employed in photogrammetry.

    This paper applies AERMOD model to the prediction of regional air quality, taking Rizhao as an example. This paper also analyzes the effects of different pollutants on regional air quality with this model and predicts the air quality of Rizhao in the next five years. Application results show that this model can well simulate the relationship between air quality and pollutants in small and medium sized cities, and can be applied to the prediction of regional air quality.

              Total amount control and monitoring receive increasing attention in monitoring of sewage pollution sources. It requires standardization of sewage outlets and monitoring conversion of pollution sources from manual labor to automation. Satisfying these requirements needs to address the standardization of automatic monitoring system installed sewage outlets. This paper presents its destination, contents, principle and status quo and analyzes its flow determination methods. This paper also investigates the applicable conditions of these methods and requirements for the standardization of sewage outlets, so it provides accordance for the selection of these methods. The paper eventually presents the execution results of such standardization in some corporations of Jinan.

               Elastic mooring of a rubber rope is an international novel mooring system. We devised an elastic mooring system for a wave buoy and improved its attachment device. Marine experiments show that the detected data from such elastic mooring buoy system is more approximate to the authentic value.

             We develop an experimental device with adjustable structure based on the multiparameter characteristics of an electromagnetic vibratory feeder. We further perform some physical experiments to address the relationship between configuration parameters and rigidity of multilayer leaf spring.             We employ a cubic spline function to interpolate for the angle of the joint of a HY3 manipulator and then plan its trajectory. Experimental results show that the planned trajectory is smooth and continuous so the manipulator can satisfy the requirements of test.

            This paper addresses the data processing approach in the detection of soil organic matter. We construct a mathematical model based on the principle of signal generation and then present a power function curve fitting algorithm. We further employ this algorithm to perform data modification experiments.
