SnO2 nanowires were prepared on a singlecrystal Au splashed Si substrate at 1 000℃ by CVD method with the mixture of SnO2 powder and toner as source material and highpurity N2 as carrier gas. We characterized its structure and morphology by SEM and XRD. We also analyzed its luminescence property by photoluminescence spectra. Results show that annealing time has certain influence on its morphology but does not affect its rutile structure. The prepared SnO2 nanowire has higher crystal quality and its growth follows VLS mechanism.

Staddle obliquity significantly influenced the photosynthetic characters of climbing plants. We compared the differences of photosynthetic characters and transpiration physiology of Trichosanthes kirilowii for two staddle obliquities (60° and 90°). Results show that its diurnal change of net photosynthetic rate under two cultivating modes demonstrates similar tendency. Its net photosynthetic rate of 90° is higher than that of 60°. Significant difference does not exist for light saturation point, light compensation point, CO2 saturation point and CO2 compensation point. The research shows that light transmittance of 90° is higher than that of 60°. Light energy utilization rate and organic accumulation efficiency of 90° are higher than those of 60°.

We addressed the impact of extraction conditions on the extraction amount of total flavonoids with L9(34) orthogonal test. We also evaluated its antioxidative activity by Fenton system and pyrogallol autooxidation method. We further analyzed the correlation between total flavonoids and antioxidative activity with multiple linear regression. Results show that the optimal extraction conditions are 75% ethanol (solid and liquid ratio of 1:20),4 times extraction and extraction time of 30 min. Its optimal extraction rate is 3.423%. Obvious doseeffect relationship is shown between concentration and its clearance capability to ·OH and O2·. Positive correlation is also exhibited between antioxidative activity and total flavonoids amount. Total flavonoids from Herba Gueldenstaedtiae  have stronger antioxidative activity and are effective natural antioxidants.

This paper performed preliminary research for the antioxidant efficacy in vitro of peanut peptides. Peanut peptides exhibit increasing strong scavenging activity to DPPH and good doseeffect relationship with the increase of concentration. Peanut peptides show lower reducing capability than vitamin C and have definite reducing capability with the increase of concentration. Antilipid peroxidation capability determination of peanut peptides shows good dose dependent relationship in range of 0.2~6.4 mg/mL and better inhibiting effect to yolk lipoprotein lipid peroxidation.

We address the impacts of carbon content on wear resistance of lowchromium alloy steel. Results show that its hardness gradually increases with the increase of carbon content. Lower wear rate and higher wear resistance are therefore acquired. Its wear rate obviously decreases and its wear resistance significantly increases with the increase of carbon content when carbon content is 0.27%~0.4%. However, wear rate tends to be stable and wear resistance hardly changes when carbon content is higher than 0.4%.

This paper presents suitable capacity device deployment for wind farm to smooth its output power fluctuation, The paper also constructs a model for the optimization calculation of its energy storage capacity. We employ particle swarm optimization (PSO) to solve the model with the minimization of wind curtailment rate and energy storage device cost as multiobjective function and active power deviation rate as smooth effect balance. We then can derive the optimal energy storage capacity rapidly and accurately. Its overall benefit is therefore optimized. Calculation case indicates that the model can smooth its output power with less energy storage cost and wind curtailment rate.

We establish an energy consumption variation model with Logarithmic Mean Division Index (LMDI) based on the statistics of passenger and freight turnover and energy consumptioin of Beijing every external transport means from 2005 to 2012. We choose transport activity, transport structure and energy intensity which affect transport energy consumption and calculate their influence and contribution rate based on ASIF classification method. Results show that energy intensity inhibits the increase of energy consumption and the other two factors promote its increase. We should rely on energy technologies to decrease energy intensity and attract passengers and freight to railway transport with larger transport capacity and lower energy consumption to reduce the growth rate of energy consumption.

It included simulation contact wire component and simulation rail component and could determine such critical parameters as contact wire height and stagger value. Evaluation on measurement uncertainty of related parameters shows that the device can calibrate and adjust a measuring instrument with 1 grade accuracy. Practical application demonstrates that the device is stable and reliable.

We investigated heavy metal concentrations of honeysuckle and analyzed the risk of Pb, Cd, Hg and As to human health in its soaking solution with the honeysuckle from Liuyu Town of Shandong province as subjects. We preprocessed its samples by microwavedigestion method. We determined the concentrations of Pb, Cd, Cu, Ni, Cr and Mn by ICPMS.We also determined the contents of Hg and As with AFP in soaking solution. Results indicate that the contents of Pb, Cd,Hg,As and Cu do not exceed the limits defined by “Hygienic Standard of Green Trade Standards of Importing & Exporting Medicinal Plants & Preparations”. The contents of Pb, Cd, Cu, Hg, As and Cr in the soaking solution (10 g honeysuckle soaked in 500 mL water) are much lower than the thresholds of class III water quality described by “Environmental Quality Standard for Ground Water”. However, the contents of Ni and Mn are greatly higher than their standards, exceed indexes of 1.23 and 5.91. Daily intake amount of Pb, Cd, Hg and As only accounts for 0.63%,0.40%, 0.09% and 0.09% of ADI (Acceptable Daily Intake). Drinking of honeysuckle soaking solution can pose little human health risk.

Reasonable development of energy-economy-environment (3E) system is the key of regional sustainable development. We select target parameters and decision variables for a 3E system based on Shandong provincial "Twelfth Five-Year Plan". We construct a fuzzy chance constrained goal programming model for Shandong 3E system with output values per investment of three industries, production coefficients of main pollutants and removals per control investment as fuzzy variables. We then solve it with hybrid intelligent algorithm. Practical analysis results validate its feasibility and effectiveness, which can provide effective decisionmaking support for Shandong 3E system development.
