Abstract:
We prepared imitation tiles with polyurethane as adhesive and fly ash and CaCO3 as filling. We also performed their mechanical performance test and SEM scanning analysis. Results show that the maximal rupture modulus of fly ash and CaCO3 filled imitation tile of 3 300 N and 2 300 N, the maximal damage strength of 50 MPa and 35 Mpa, the minimal wear resistance volume of 289 mm3 and 445 mm3 and the minimal water absorption rate of 0.95% and 0.85% are reached when filling content and forming strength are 72%~78% and 21~109 MPa.The synthetical enhancement effect of fly ash is better than that of CaCO3.
