Abstract:
We construct a fuzzy neural network (FNN) based evaluation model with twostage evaluation method for some negatives in the existing eresources performance evaluation methods. We further acquire the evaluation value for eresources service performance. It is compared with the expected value. Experimental results demonstrate that the accuracy of our model is 83.7%.
