We applied ICP-AES to the determination of Sn, Pb, Fe and Zn in copper ally. We obtained the dissolving method of the four metals by experiments, which were employed to prepare standard reserve supply liquid. We also analyzed the effect of acid on the formation of metastannic acids precipitation and optimized the parameters of the instrument and its analysis spectral line. The precision and accuracy of the analytic results of the standard samples were satisfactory, as compared with the standard sample value.

We constructed a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) model for an expendable bathythermograph (XBT) probe based on its structure and and the software of FLUENT and performed grid division and boundary conditions determination. We also analyzed the velocity field profile outside of a XBT, especially that near its head and tail. Results show that the designed probe structure is reasonable and favorable for the stability of a XBT under seawater. This paper can provide reference for the further optimization of the probe structure of a XBT.

We derive the formula of the falling depth and related parameters of an expendable bathythermograph (XBT) probe based on kinematic analysis to calculate the falling depth of an XBT probe in seawater. We also analyze the impact of the weight error of a XBT probe on the calculation result of its falling depth. Experiment shows that the average error of the falling depth is within 2%, as compared with a standard conductancetemperaturedepth instrument.

We employed indoor Petri dish bioassay analysis to determine the allelopathic effect of seeds and seedlings of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi impacted by different concentration (0.1, 0.5, 1.0, 5.0 g/L) and one year or two years old Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge f. alba C.Y.Wu et H.W.Li and Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. Experimental results show that aqueous extracts of rhizome of S. miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba and S. miltiorrhiza exhibit similar effects on seed germination rate, germination index and vigor index of S. baicalensis. Lower concentration aqueous extracts of rhizome can promote seed germination while higher concentration aqueous extracts hinder germination (especially for the concentration of 5 g/L). The absolute value of allelopathic index of S. miltiorrhiza Bge.f. alba to seed germination rate is less than that of S. miltiorrhiza. The aqueous extracts of rhizome of S. miltiorrhiza Bunge f. alba and S. miltiorrhiza show similar impacts on seedling height and root length of S. baicalensis. Higher concentration aqueous extracts of rhizome significantly restrain fresh weight of seedlings. The absolute value of allelopathic index of S. miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba to seedling height and fresh weight of S. baicalensis is less than that of S. miltiorrhiza. All aqueous extracts of rhizome of S. miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba and S. miltiorrhiza exhibit promotion effect of lower concentration and restraint effect of higher concentration to the seed germination and seedling growth of S. baicalensis. Moreover, the allelopathic potency of S. miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba to S. baicalensis is less than that of S. miltiorrhiza. The paper therefore can provide scientific basis for the optimization of compound planting pattern.

We address the content change of the active substances in their different growth stage with three improved varieties of Lonicera japonica Thunb. of the stages of Sanqing, Erbai, Dabai, Yinhua and Jinhua as objects. Experimental results show that the yield of Dabai stage is the highest, whose value is 9.68 g, 6.69 g and 9.86 g. Drying rate of Sanqing stage is the highest while the content of soluble sugar is the highest in Dabai stage. The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside acid are the highest in Sanqing stage and then gradually decrease with the growth of flower. The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside acid of Lonicera japonica (Yatehong LSB) are the lowest, 4.22% and 0.16%. The content of luteoloside of Yinhua stage gradully increases with the growth of flower while the content of the chlorogenic acid is the highest in Yinhua stage. Difference is not significant for the two active substances in Lonicera japonica (Yate LSB) and Lonicera japonica (Yateliben LSB). The content change of volatile oil is contrary to that of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside acid. The content of volatile oil, 1.40%, is the highest for Lonicera japonica (Yatehong LSB), and no significant distinction exists in the other two improved varieties. We discover that the best harvest stage is Erbai stage.

This paper surveys the research advances in welding technology of magnesium alloys and analyses its disadvantages. Every welding technology has its own positives and negatives. Its selection should be based on its own characteristics and the specific requirements of the welding components. Tungsten inert gas welding, friction stir welding and laser beam welding have tremendous application potency, as compared with other welding technologies of magnesium alloys.

We design a big assembled buoy of 6 m diameter in view of the weak viability of a big overall oceanographic data buoy and the inconvenience of its manufacture and transport. We also employ Ship Static calculation method to determine such basic parameters of the buoy as molded depth of 2.2 m and height of gravitational center of 0.9 m. We then check the stability criteria of the assembled buoy based on the ship stability specification and obtain an assembled buoy satisfying the requirement of usage. The design provides a rational basis for the controllability of buoy manufacture quality.

This paper constructs a 3D animation modeling evaluation model with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm and BP network in view of the issues of easy falling of standard BP neural network into local minimum and the global searching of PSO. We apply the model to the generation of 3D animation modeling. It fully utilizes the characteristic of global searching of PSO and optimizes the weights and thresholds of BP network, which makes mean-square error less than or equal to the preset value. Experimental results show that the approach improves the convergence rate and convergence precision of BP network based on the guarantee of the global optimization result. It has preferable evaluation capability in the evolution of 3D animation modelings and improves the quality of 3D animation modelings.

Resorcinolformaldehyde resin is a usual adhesive agent in rubber industry to enhance the adhesion between rubber and steel wire or fabric cord. Alkylation modification is an existing main modified method of resorcinolformaldehyde resin. The alkyl-resorcinol-formaldehyde resin can effectively solve the smoke issue in rubber production and improve the adhesion strength between rubber and cord. The future research will focus on improving adhesion and vulcanizing properties of rubber compound with alkylresorcinolformaldehyde resin based on solving smoke issue.

We initially constructed a mathematical model based on flexible job shop scheduling theory and the real situation of the ship and container crane. We then updated the pheromone of every path based on new updating rule to jump out of its local optimism through dynamically improving pheromone volatility and pheromone intensity. We eventually performed simulation and steps analysis with C#.NET to verify its effectiveness. Experimental results show that it can optimize the sequence of container loading and unloading and shorten operation time.

Results show that the Bacillus strain can increase the degradation of avermectin and decrease compost time significantly. The optimal experimental conditions are water content of the compost of 70%, AZ11 inoculation of 5‰, ventilation time of 5 min every 12 h, completion of composting process in 24 d. Avermectins degradation rate is then over 98.7%.
