As an important design parameter of ocean data buoy, wave following characteristic affects the accuracy of wave measurement. We calculate wave excitation force and such hydrodynamic coefficients as added mass and wave damping coefficient of disc buoy with three dimensional potential flow theory, and heave motion of free floating buoy based on single degree of freedom motion equation. We also address heave motion of two moored buoys integrated with the impact of mooring vertical spring constant on buoy heave motion. We discover that the buoy with threemeter diameter has better wave following performance than that with tenmeter diameter and that anchor chain has more significant impact on heave amplitude of threemeter diameter buoy than that of tenmeter diameter buoy. The result is very important for parameter correction of wave sensors.

Power supply is one of the key issues in ocean data buoy. We address the feasibility of wave energy convertor of ocean data buoy with buoy body as wave energy absorption system, gear and rack as power takeoff system and permanent magnet wind turbine and rectifier voltage regulator module as power output system, based on numerical simulation and the existing technical parameters of ocean data buoy. Analysis of calculation results shows that wave buoy body can satisfy installed capacity of 500 W threephase AC permanent magnet synchronous  generator if no damping. Generator output voltage of theoretical calculation can also meet the charging requirement of ocean data buoy battery of 14 V.

To improve marine ecological field detection sensitivity and precision and lower detection limit, we analyze amplitudefrequency characteristics of interference signals and grasp their frequency domain characteristics for uniform amplitudefrequency property of seawater detection signal. Through the filtering of seawater detection signal, we get authentic monitoring data. The approach is stable and reliable, and can provide reference for development and application of marine ecological field detection sensors.

We addressed the impact of cold wave and thunder storm weather on offshore wind power, sea state and sea wave of Lianyungang sea area based on cold wave on December 21, 2008, and thunder storm on May 30, 2010. For cold wave weather, sea state and wave gradually increased with the increase of wind speed. For thunder storm weather, sea state and wave rapidly increased with the quick increase of wind speed. Thunder storm caused more prompt variation of sea wave than cold wave, difficult to judge and prevent. For cold wave weather, we employed Wilson formula to estimate wave height of sea wave, and numerical forecasting to simulate the calculation of wave height of sea wave. This is more accurate than practical observed value, less than 10% error.

Leaves from Lonicera japonica Thunb. are byproducts of Lonicerae japonicae flos, about 10 times yield of flowers, and have stronger pharmacological activity. We review chemical constituents of volatile oil, organic acids, flavonoids and iridoid glycosides in leaves of Lonicerae japonicae and discover that these are similar with those of the flowers. Therefore, the leaves can serve as substitutes for Lonicerae japonicae flos for it's existing high prices. Their research focus lies in content determination, component separation and pharmacology of extracts. Their future research should highlight chemical separation and activity oriented active sites, and comparison of pharmacological activity between leaves and flowers from Lonicera japonica Thunb.

We performed a preliminary analysis of gastrointestinal toxicity of aspirin through analysis of peristalsis, detection of secretion functionality of gastrointestinal endothelial cells and histomorphology of intestinal mucosa with zebrafish as animal model. We discover that aspirin concentration of 50 μg/mL can improve the peristalsis. Aspirin concentration of 50 μg/mL or 100 μg/mL will impair secretion functionality of goblet cells on intestinal mucosa though routine HE staining among intestinal mucosa does not change.

The effect of fructo oligosaccharides and isomaltooligosaccharide in different concentration to promote the intestinal peristalsis is discussed by using zebrafish. We selected the 5 d normal growth zebrafish larvae, and then added to a series of fructo oligosaccharides or isomaltooligosaccharide with a range of concentration as experiment group. The number of intestinal peristalsis was counted in all groups including control group and oligosaccharide and oligoisomaltose treated groups with different dose under the microscope after 24 h. The result showed that fructo oligosaccharides and isomaltooligosaccharide can promote zebrafish larval intestinal peristalsis in the concentration of 125~500 mg/mL in dosedependent manner. The effect of oligosaccharide was more obvious than oligoisomaltose under same dose. Using zebrafish can achieve early and rapid screening for drugs promoting intestinal peristalsis.

For the issue of continual speed increase of EMUs caused frequent Huck rivet rapture, we employ universal mechanical testing machine to perform rivet shear test for riveting components of Huck rivet with different loading rates to investigate the impact of loading rate on its shear mechanical property. Through the comparison of the shear test data and the loaddisplacement curve of Huck rivet of three different loading rates, we discover that average load value of elastic and plastic starting points and elastic scope of Huck rivet all decrease with the increase of loading rate, but its stiffness increases. Test results show that Huck rivet is not distorted and rivet hole is not apt to break when the HRC of Cr12MoV Cold Working Die steel is within the scope of 40~50. The relevant conclusion will provide significant reference for the design and improvement of Huck rivet of the EMUs.

We addressed TRIP steel with two different alloy contents. We initially determined its hot rolling and annealing parameters with Gleeble thermalmechanical simulating tester. We further investigated its mechanical properties, metallographic structure and macrotexture through hot and cold rolling and continuous annealing. Experimental results indicate that Cr element can stabilize low temperature austenite, reduce formation temperature of bainite, extend induction period of bainite, and increase volume fraction of austenite and banite in final microstructure of steel 2#. Cr element also increases mechanical properties of steel 2#, better strength and plasticity than steel 1# (no Cr addition). The texture characteristics of steel 1# and 2# are similar, including {332} line texture, {110}<001> and {112}<110> texture component. Cr element therefore increases the strength and ductility of sheet steel without formability reduction.

To enhance absorption property of activated carbon and reduce energy consumption of preparation technology, we address the impact of ultralow temperature pretreatment on quality and preparation technology of activated carbon. We employ liquid nitrogen to pretreat coconut shell at ultralow temperature. Through rapid temperature rise, we prepare activated carbon at 600 ℃ whose specific surface area surpasses that of nonpretreatment activated carbon at 800 ℃. The specific surface area of activated carbon of the coconut shell increases to 2300 m2/g from 1 600 m2/g, and its micropore volume increases to 0.92 cm3/g from 0.67 cm3/g. Results show that ultralow temperature pretreatment has significant positive effect to quality improvement and reduction of energy consumption of activated carbon. The research provides reference for functional development and  the improvement of surface structure of activated carbon.

Urban traffic delay usually occurs at intersections, so the improvement of operational efficiency of a signalized intersection is very important for alleviation of traffic congestion. We establish a multibenefit signal timing optimization model based on average vehicle delay, vehicle stopping times and traffic capacity of the intersection, and employ particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm to solve it. Analysis of actual cases demonstrates that the model reduces average vehicle delay and stopping times of an intersection, increases traffic capacity of an intersection, and comprehensively improves multiple indicators of an intersection. It therefore has significant effect on the improvement of operational efficiency of an intersection.

Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) is a representative of persistent organic pollutants (POPs). More its chlorinated number leads to more difficult its degradation . We prepared PCBs compound degrading enzyme of key enzyme formate dehydrogenase (FDH) of NADH coenzyme regeneration system with isolated 6 PCBs degradation bacteria strains as materials. We address its degrading effect to PCBs. Results indicate that degradation rate of Pseudomonas sp. MGB11/FDH compound enzyme to pentachlorodiphenyl PCB114 is up to 69.4% within 10 h. It therefore has application value in the repair for high chlorine PCBs pollutants with high toxicity and low degradability.

We addressed degradation effect of phenanthrene by Mycobacterium sp. SP3 for different salinity, culture media and trace elements. Results show that degradation rate of phenanthrene is maximum, 87.41%, when salt concentration is 1%. Degradation rate of phenanthrene is more than 80% in LB liquid media, modified LB and modified inorganic salt liquid media, no significant difference among them. Fe2+ concentration of 100 μmol/L, Zn2+ concentration of 5 μmol/L and Mg2+ concentration of 100 μmol/L can increase degradation ability of Mycobacterium sp. SP3 to phenanthrene. However, Cu2+ can inhibit degradation ability of the strain to phenanthrene with the increase of its concentration. The results will be benefit for the application of the strain to biodegradation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and the increase of its biodegradation capability to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons such as phenanthrene.

For the complexity and uncertainty of analysis process of pier displacement accident, we simulate and analyze the cause of pier displacement accident and its internal mechanism with the impact of surcharges action of recent fill caused lateral displacement of soil pile of a prestressed concrete box girder bridge pier on the force of pile foundation as a subject and the combination of onsite inspection, comprehensive monitoring and theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. We employ pile top push, pier top traction, antislide pile, balance load to conduct rectification and accident management based on hierarchical processing principle and actual situation. Pier deviation therefore returns to the allowable range, and the accident is avoided. We also dynamically monitor the pier, antislide pile and anchor rod in the rectification process. Results show that all displacement indicators satisfy the requirements, so the accident analysis is accurate, and the scheme is reasonable and effective and has better disposition effect. The method provides reference for postsurvey of similar accidents, analysis of accident cause and rectification process.
