Science and technology (S&T) powerhouse provinces and China as an S&T powerhouse together constitute a coordinated transmission system of “provincial-level practice-national strategy”, serving as an important support for advancing China’s science and technology modernization. This study employs the visualization tool CiteSpace (version 6.1.R6) to conduct a knowledge graph analysis of 795 relevant articles indexed in core journals within the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database from 2006 to 2025. Using keyword co-occurrence analysis, cluster analysis, and burst-term detection, the study systematically examines research hotspots and evolutionary trajectories in this field. The findings indicate that domestic studies mainly focus on four themes: strategic coordination, technological breakthroughs, innovation ecosystems, and digital-intelligent transformation. The research paradigm demonstrates a full-chain, integrated evolution: “national strategy-regional implementation-technology application-ecosystem optimization”. Future research should place greater emphasis on differentiated provincial pathways, interdisciplinary integration, and international comparative studies to further deepen the development of this field.

The purpose of this study is to use the BWS survey method to investigate the acceptance of acupuncture and moxibustion by the general public and what factors affect their choice of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy，and to investigate the existing problems of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy. A total of 219 respondents participated in this survey，the number of valid questionnaires is 201，the number of invalid questionnaires is 18. The study identified the most important and least important factors influencing acupuncture preferences，the most important being "whether acupuncture is effective" and the least important being "personal traditional beliefs"，BW scores from high to low （influence from high to low） were： Whether the efficacy of acupuncture is significant，whether the overall health can be adjusted，the level of development of acupuncture technology，whether personalized treatment can be performed，the degree of side effects，the extent of acupuncture treatment，other alternative therapies，the identification and trust of acupuncture culture，fear of acupuncture，economic factors，personal traditional ideas.In the future，the development of acupuncture and moxibustion should pay more attention to the curative effect，strengthen the publicity of the scientific nature of acupuncture and moxibustion，and contribute to promoting the development of acupuncture and moxibustion，improving the policies related to acupuncture and moxibustion and strengthening the public's trust in acupuncture and moxibustion.

Digital economy policies are critical for guiding the promotion and regulation of activities within a digital economy. Analyzing these policies quantitatively can significantly support the formulation and enhancement of related strategies. This paper used text mining techniques and the Policy Modeling Consistency index model to construct an evaluation framework comprising 9 primary variables and 35 secondary variables as indicators for quantitatively assessing digital economy policies within Shandong Province. Of the ten selected samples of digital economy policies, researchers rated three as excellent, three as good, three as satisfactory, and one as inadequate. Research findings indicated that digital economy policies in Shandong Province were generally effective, showing a certain degree of scientific rigor. In the future, policy optimization should focus on policy timeliness, scope, and perspectives.

Private information retrieval aims to protect users’ query content and privacy, serving as an important extension of privacy protection in the field of information retrieval. A highly configurable, stateful, single-server private information retrieval scheme was designed based on the concept of cost amortization. Experiments conducted on a database containing 1 million 1 kB elements showed that this method delivered superior performance, being able to respond to client queries in less than 1 s, with the server’s response data being increased by less than 3.6 times. It is noteworthy that the experimental analysis was based on a simple, unoptimized Rust implementation, suggesting that this method is particularly suitable for deployment environments involving a large number of clients. Experimental results indicate that this method holds significant potential in the field of private information retrieval and can provide an efficient and cost-effective solution for handling large-scale retrieval tasks.
