Abstract

Abstract:

We employed HPLC to determine the content of securinine and allosecurinine from every section of Securinega suffruticosa.Results show that securinine content is w_{root bark} >w_{fine root}>w_{limb skin}>w_xylem>w_{bud (jinan)}>w_{branches and leaves}>w_root>w_{bud (linyi)}.Allosecurinine content is w_{root bark}>w_{fine root}>w_xylem>w_{limb skin}>w_root>w_{bud (linyi)}>w_{bud (jinan)}>w_{branches and leaves}.The experiments provide scientific reference for qualitative and quantitative determination of securinine and allosecurinine from Securinega suffruticosa.
