摘要:

      针对当前城市中央商务区(CBD)经济现象的演化难以进行仿真模拟的问题,结合多Agent(MAS)理论及计算机仿真技术,提出了一种基于双层进化的仿真演化模型。采用NetLogo作为仿真平台,重点对CBD内企业集聚、CBD空间形态的变化进行仿真,模拟了核心布局、轴线布局、滨水布局及不同扩散方式下的CBD演化。该研究为探究未来中央商务区的演化规律、 CBD规划建设及发展规律等提供了新的思路。

Abstract:

        We present a double evolution based simulation evolution model with multiple agent system (MAS) and computer simulation technology in view of intractable simulation for economic evolution of current urban central business district (CBD).Using NetLogo as the simulation platform,simulation is focused on enterprise clustering in a CBD and the change of CBD space form. CBD evolution is simulated for core layout, axis layout, waterfront layout and different diffusion modes. The research provides a new idea for exploring the evolution law of future CBD, CBD planning construction and its development law.
