Abstract: The content of diethylstilbestrol(DES)residues in aquatic products was determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the positive results were verified by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS).The final test results show that the detection limit of DES in aquatic products is 0.35 μg/kg and the recovery rate is 77%~91%. This method has good sensitivity and accuracy.

Key words: Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), diethylstilbestrol (DES), aquatic products
