Design and implementation of a video image processing system

Abstract:

This paper designs an efficient video image processing system for the collected images from various clement weather. It can perform lots of processing for realtime images and recorded playback images. It includes such clarification functionalities for a blurred image as image defogging and denoising. It has such positives as stablity, reliablity, easy operation and a common standard interface, and can be flexibly employed at the front end or back end to process an image. The system can be widely applied in traffic monitoring,bank surveillance, etc.
