Abstract:

For the issue that existing seawater biotoxicity monitoring methods are simple and cannot reflect total toxic pollution situations,we employ binocular stereo vision technology and mussels as seawater biotoxicity sensors. We further use two cameras to continuously shoot and form threedimensional dynamic information, analyze realtime mussel openclose angle and frequency, and eventually implement seawater biotoxicity monitoring.Experimental results show that the monitoring approach has higher reliability and sensitivity, and can provide technical support for marine ecoenvironmental protection

Key words:  binocular vision technology, biotoxicity of seawater, mussel
