Pretreatment of blood specimens and their enzyme electrode method  analysis

Abstract:

      We employed enzyme electrode to assess the effect of glyceraldehydes and sodium fluoride on the preservation of glucose and lactic acid in blood specimens. Experimental results show that glyceraldehydes is better than sodium fluoride in the preservation of glucose contents. However, it can not serve as the inhibition regent of lactic acid. The lactic acid remains almost constant as treated with sodium fluoride at 4 ℃.
