Abstract:

We verified the reaction equation and constructed a model to estimate organic matter composition by chemiluminescence characteristic based on the platform of ozonation chemiluminescence of determining organic matter concentrations. Experimental results show that ozonation chemiluminescence can determine the organic matter compositions of plant and soil. Compared with the traditional method, ozonation chemiluminescence has such positive characteristic as rapidity and no pollution. It therefore has some application value in ecology.
