Abstract: We establish set pair analysis based substitutability model from the analysis of the influential factors of passenger transport demand substitutability to quantitatively analyze passenger transport demand and its substitutability. We then address substitutable situation of passenger transport demand under flexible demand. Case analysis shows that the model has feasibility and practicability. The research can offer a basic theory for reasonable structure arrangement of passenger transport products of transport corporations and active passenger guidance.
