Abstract:
An automotive electronic system is widely applied to engine management, safety management, comfort management, information and entertainment because of the requirement of a modern car for safety,reliability, comfort and environment protection.Its safety and reliability therefore become concerned issues. This paper presents its possible failure reasons from software failure, chip failure, electromagnetic interference and manufacturing technology and some basic solutions of eliminating possible failures.
