Rapid measurement of biochemical parameters in citric acid fermentation process by biosensors

Abstract: We applied fermentation process to the control over total sugar, reducing sugar and citric acid measurement instruments. We further implement rapid measurement for such key biochemical parameters as total sugar, reducing sugar and citric acid content. This provides an analytic method of key biochemical parameters for optimization control of citric acid fermentation process.
