不同加工方法的棠梨叶中总多糖含量测定

Content determination of total polysaccharides in leaves of Pyrus  betulaefolia Bge. from different processing methods

摘要:

       用苯酚-硫酸法测定了棠梨叶两种加工制品的多糖含量。以葡萄糖为对照品,在波长490 nm处测定吸光度,在0.01968~0.0984 mg范围内吸光度与被测含量具有良好的线性关系。回收实验表明平均回收率为99.02%(n=5),相对标准偏差3.34%。在此条件下,不同加工方法所得棠梨叶总多糖含量测定结果分别为:日晒夜露传统制法7.82%,渥堆变红后日晒法5.27%。实验证明:棠梨叶总多糖含量较高,可作为富含多糖的药物资源加以开发利用。

Abstract:

         We determined polysaccharides content of two manufactures from the leaves of Pyrus betulaefolia Bge. using phenolvitriol method.With the contrast, glucose, we measured their absorbency at the wavelength of 490 nm. A good linear relationship exists between the absorbency and the determined content in the range of 0.01968 ~0.0984 mg. Recovery experiment indicates that the average recovery rate is 99.02 % (n=5) and that RSD is 3.34 %. Determination results of total polysaccharide contents from different processes are 7.82% for that prepared by the traditional process of drying by sun and dewing in night and 5.27% for that prepared by sunbaked till to red after humidity accumulation. Experimental results show that the content of total polysaccharide in the leaves of P. betulaefolia Bge. is high. It can therefore be utilized as a total polysaccharide rich medical resource.
