摘要:

        基于对无电环境下快速分析的需求,设计了便携式固定化酶生物传感分析仪,仪器采用STC12C5A32S2单片机作为主控制器,大容量锂离子可充电电池作为工作电源,能连续工作8小时以上。用葡萄糖固定化酶生物传感器对仪器样机进行测试表明,仪器对样品测定的重复性及对不同浓度样品的线性响应均有很好的结果。

Abstract:

         We devise a portable immobilized enzyme biosensor analyzer for the requirement of instant analysis without power supply. It includes a microcontroller STC12C5A32S2 (a main controller) and a highcapacity rechargeable Liion battery (a power supply). We also employ a glucose biosensor and standard glucose solution to test its performance. Test result shows that it has better consistency for the repetition test of the same sample and better linear response for different concentration samples.
