摘要:

        在对比了多种土壤有机质测定方法的基础上,建立了基于高压密闭容器土壤有机质的外加热氧化法和微波消解法,结果表明这两种方法的测定准确可靠,相对误差均小于1.35%,相对标准偏差均小于4.79%,优于传统方法。考虑到方法的长期稳定性及操作简便性,本研究推荐微波消解法作为土壤有机质的最佳测定方法。

Abstract:

         We presented highpressure obturator digestion and microwave digestion methods to determine soil organic matter content by the comparison of multiple soil organic matter determination methods. Results show that the relative error and relative standard error of these two methods are less than 1.35% and 4.79%, so they are superior to traditional methods. We recommended microwave digestion as the optimum method for the determination of soil organic matter content in view of its longterm stability and facilitated operation.
