摘要:

为提高高速公路与区域社会经济适应性评价结果的合理性和正确性,本文通过从经济、社会和交通3个维度选取指标,综合构建了高速公路适应性评价指标体系。在改进的城市引力模型的基础上,分析评价了海峡西岸经济区宁武高速公路的社会经济适应性。实例研究结果表明,本文所构建的评价指标体系能够较全面地反映高速公路建设对区域经济、社会和交通的影响,提出的评价理论和方法对高速公路后评价研究具有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:

To improve rationality and correctness of adaptability evaluation result of freeways and regional socioeconomy, we comprehensively construct evaluation index system for freeway adaptability from economy, society and traffic. We further evaluate socioeconomic adaptability of Ningwu Freeway at economic zone on the west side of the strait with the improved urban gravity model. Evaluation results show that the evaluation index system can generally reveal the impact of freeway construction on regional economy, society and traffic. The evaluation theory and method have some reference for freeway postevaluation.
