摘要: 通过分析铁路网中空车调配的影响因素,确定了评价空车调配效率的指标体系,同时引入三方博弈的思想得出了空车调配问题中最优目标的评价等级。在此基础上,采用模糊综合评价法建立了铁路网中空车调配效率的模型,最后以兰州局管内的铁路网为例进行了验证。该方法对提高铁路货物运输质量具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract: We determine the index system for efficiency evaluation of empty wagon allocation by analyzing the influential factors of empty wagon allocation in railway networks.We also acquire the evaluation grade of an optimal target in the empty wagon allocation issue by the idea oftripartite game.We further construct anempty wagon allocation efficiency model in railway networks with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The model is verified with the railway network in Lanzhou railway administration as an example. It has important practical significance for improving the quality of railway freight transportation.
