摘要:

     建立以全自动消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中Pb和Cd含量的方法。使用全自动消解仪消解土壤后制备待测溶液,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定土壤中Pb和Cd的含量。实验表明,本方法的线性相关系数均大于0.999 0,Pb、Cd的相对标准偏差均小于5%。该方法检测土壤国家标准物质GBW07447、 GBW07450、 GBW07452,所得结果与标准值相吻合。方法简便、快速、重现性好、灵敏度高,适用于批量土壤样品中Pb和Cd的测定。

Abstract:

      We employed automatic digestion instrument to decompose soil sample and prepared determinationpending solution. We also employed graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry to determine Pb and Cd content in soil samples. Experimental results show that its correlation coefficient is greater than 0.999 0, and that the relative standard deviation of Pb and Cd is less than 5%. Test results for national standard substances GBW07447, GBW07450 and GBW07452 coincide with reference values. The method is simple, rapid and accurate and applicable to the determination of Pb and Cd in batches of soil samples.
