Abstract:

This paper constructed a method for separation and extraction of salvianolic acid B from Salvia miltiorrhiza with W/O emulsion liquid membrane. We obtained an efficient emulsion liquid membrane system by the optimization of internal aqueous NaOH concentration, the content of surfactant Span80, carrier trioctylamine concentration, the ratio of oil phase to internal aqueous solution, the ratio of emulsion phase to external aqueous solution and transport time. The optimal extraction conditions are transport time of 10 minutes, Span80 mass fraction of 4.0%, trioctylamine concentration of 0.01 moL/L, the ratio of oil phase to internal aqueous solution of 10:6, the ratio of emulsion phase to external aqueous solution  of 1:4 and NaOH concentration of 0.012 5 mol/L.Experimental results show that the emulsion liquid membrane system can rapidly and efficiently extract salvianolic acid B from actual samples in the optimal conditions.
