摘要:

通过分析双层结构编码与二进制编码方式的优缺点,提出一种应用遗传算法进行产品创新设计的方法。在该方法中,双层结构编码方式主要用来对产品部件轮廓线进行造型设计,从而生成造型各异的部件;二进制编码方式主要用来进行部件组装,从而生成不同的组合方案。本文以风筝造型设计为例,阐述了该方法的应用方式与步骤,并以设计实例验证了方法的可行性与实用性。

Abstract:

This paper presents a genetic algorithm based method for the creative design of product modeling by the analysis of doublelayer structure coding and binary coding. The method employs doublelayer structure coded genetic algorithm to design modeling, based on which we can produce components with various shapes. The method employs binary coded genetic algorithm to assemble components, based on which we can acquire many different combination schemes. This paper explains its application mode and procedure, taking the design of a kite as an example. The paper verifies its feasibility and practicability with the example.
