Software design of VC++ based data playback of a ship meteorograph

Abstract:

This paper employ VC++ to implement data playback in view of the negative issue that ship meteorograph deposited data can not be opened by regular methods. The paper also presents the application interface converting stored data. Marine tests show that the data playback software is correct and reliable and that the final created file is well accessible.
