An ontology based information retrieval approach

Abstract:

       This paper presents an ontology based information retrieval model and further increases the comprehension capability of a system to a natural language document by constructing a domain ontology. This paper also introduces design and use of its three abstract layers. This paper eventually employs a polymerization function to consolidate and assess an inquiry result in order to acquire a wellmatched document with the result.
