Construction of a stable composite microbial system of a group of cellulosedegrading bacteria under constant temperature and its functionalities

Abstract:

          We obtained 23 strains of cellulosedegrading bacteria with rapid growth, big transparent ring and stable performance, which were isolated and screened from natural decay residues.We then acquired a stable composite microbial system of cellulosedegrading bacteria under constant temperature constituted by 14 effective and stable cellulosedegrading bacteria through determination of cellulosedegrading rate and backscreening. This system has 40. 7% stable wheatstraw degrading rate in 96 hours under constant temperature. 
