大孔树脂层析-酸性氧化铝吸附法制备蛇床子素工艺研究

Osthole preparation based on macroporus resin column chromatography and acidic alumina absorption

摘要:

      以蛇床子素得率和制备物中蛇床子素含量为主要指标,采用L9(34)正交设计优选蛇床子素最佳提取分离工艺条件。结果显示,乙醇浓度对蛇床子素得率影响较大,以体积分数95%乙醇回流提取粉碎成粗粉的药材,结合大孔树脂层析和酸性氧化铝吸附的工艺,蛇床子素得率最高。

Abstract:

     We optimized extraction and separation conditions of osthole with L9(34) orthogonal design and osthole obtaining rate and osthole content in preparation as main indexes. Results show that ethanol concentration has great impact on osthole obtaining rate. It is the highest with 95% ethanol to extract raw powder of common cnidium fruit, acidic aluminum absorption and macroporus resin column chromatography.
