摘要:

采用顶空固相微萃取-气相质谱联用技术对蓝萼香茶菜挥发性成分进行提取分离和鉴定研究。结果共检出50种成分,占挥发性成分总峰面积的85.33%。其挥发性成分中主要含烷烃、烯及烯醇、酮、醇、酚、醚及酯类等,具有较高的医药、食品应用价值,实验结果为该资源的进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。

Abstract:

     We separated and identified volatile chemical constituents from Rabdosia japonica var. glaucocalyx by HS-SPME-GC-MS. Fifty components were identified and separated, accounting for 85.33% of the total peak area. These components include alkane, olefin, enol,ketone, alcohol,organic acid, and have higher application value in medicine and chemical industries. Experimental results provide a scientific basis for further exploitation and utilization of the herb.
