Abstract:
The paper originally analyzes the number of chromosomes and karyotype of Suaeda salsa (L.) Pall. Results show that its chromosome number is 2n=18, and that its karyotype formula is K(2n)=2x=18=16m+2sm. The karyotype is 1A based on the classification standard of Stebbins.
