红果樫木叶化学成分研究

Chemical constituents from the leaves of Dysoxylum binectariferum

摘要: 对红果樫木叶化学成分进行深入研究,运用多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,运用1H NMR、13C NMR和MS波谱学数据鉴定其结构。结果得到3个化合物,分别为5, 7-二羟基-2-甲基色原酮(Ⅰ)、滨蒿内酯(Ⅱ)和对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(Ⅲ)。化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ均首次从樫木属植物中分离得到。

Abstract: The chemical constituents of the leaves of Dysoxylum binectariferum were isolated and purified for detailed study by using various chromatography techniques. 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), 13C NMR, and mass spectrometry (MS) analyses identified the following three compounds: 5, 7-dihydroxy-2-methylchromone (I), scoparone (II), and methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate (III). To the best of our knowledge, this is the first study to isolate these three compounds from the genus Dysoxylum.
