要:设计了一种用于水质监测浮标上的水样自动采集控制系统,该系统安装在水质监测浮标内部,用于现场实时采集水样,供浮标内的水质检测仪器使用。系统由抽水部分、存储分配部分、废液收集部分和控制单元等组成,具有水样定时采集、过滤、水样分配、废液收集、废液排出、管路冲洗等功能。根据各组成部分的性能指标、控制逻辑和结构方式,选择了适合海洋环境的元器件和材料。系统在海洋生态监测浮标上的运行使用证明工作可靠,能满足使用要求,且可以推广到需要自动采集水样的其他工作中使用。

Abstract:

We designed a control system of automatic water sampling for water quality monitoring buoy. The system includes water pumping, water storage and allocation, waste water collection and a control unit. It has such functionalities as water sample acquisition, filtering and distribution, waste water collection and discharge and pipes flushing. We selected electronic components and materials suitable for marine environment based on performance parameters, control logic and specific structures of each part. System test shows that it is reliable and can satisfy reality requirements. It therefore can be widely applied to other cases of automatic water sampling.
