摘要:

应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)直接测定铜合金中的Sn、Pb、Fe、Zn元素。通过实验得出了制备标准储备液所用Sn、Pb、Fe、Zn 4种纯金属溶样的方法,分析了不同酸度对标准储备液中Sn元素形成偏锡酸沉淀的影响,优选了适宜的仪器测定参数和分析谱线。将标准样品的测量结果与标准值进行对照,其准确度达到满意效果。

Abstract:

We applied ICP-AES to the determination of Sn, Pb, Fe and Zn in copper ally. We obtained the dissolving method of the four metals by experiments, which were employed to prepare standard reserve supply liquid. We also analyzed the effect of acid on the formation of metastannic acids precipitation and optimized the parameters of the instrument and its analysis spectral line. The precision and accuracy of the analytic results of the standard samples were satisfactory, as compared with the standard sample value.
