动力锂电池剩余使用寿命影响因素分析

摘要: 为了有效地评估动力锂电池系统的剩余使用寿命,必须准确地掌握影响动力锂电池剩余使用寿命的关键因素。以动力锂电池管理系统采集的充放电电流、电池温度、实时电压等参数作为影响动力锂电池剩余使用寿命的因素,通过对多次充放电循环采集的这些参数,应用主成分分析方法,分析得出每个参数对动力锂电池剩余使用寿命的影响程度,实现影响因素的定量化分析。通过剩余使用寿命预测的验证对比,可以看出5个因素的累计贡献率达到了99%,误差小于3%4个因素的累计贡献率达到了90%,误差小于4%

Abstract: To effectively evaluate the remaining service life of a power lithium battery system, key factors affecting its remaining service life must be accurately obtained. In this paper, the current of the battery during charging and discharging, temperature, and real-time voltage were determined as the key factors. The influence of each factor on the remaining service life of the power lithium battery was analyzed using the principal component analysis method to perform a quantitative analysis. The values of each factor were collected during the processes of repeated charging and discharging cycle. Through the verification and comparison of the remaining service life prediction, it was observed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first five factors accountted for 99% (the error range was within 3%) and the cumulative contribution rate of the first four factors accountted for 90% (the error range was within 4%).
