Abstract: Evaluation of operation scheme for passenger dedicated line is the guarantee for railway operation revenue, and also the basis for train operation scheme optimization.We comprehensively construct it from operators and passengers and four dimensions (economy, technology, safety and service) based on its analysis.We further employ a principal component analysis and grey evaluation hybrid model to totally evaluate train operation scheme.We verify the correctness of the evaluation index system and its feasibility with practical cases.The evaluation index system and results will practically guide railway transportation.
