Determination of five heavy metals in the soil of a vegetable intensive area by wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometric

摘要: 建立了波长色散-X射线荧光法,优选了磨样时间、压片机压力等样品制备条件,考察了基体干扰因素对实验结果的影响,优化了分析测试条件,并快速测定蔬菜集约区内土壤中铬(Cr)、砷(As)、铅(Pb),铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)等5种重金属元素。实验结果表明,方法的检出限为1.5~2.0 mg/kg,定量限为4.5~6.0 mg/kg,各组分测定值的相对标准偏差(n=5)为2.6%~7.9%。国家标准物质的测定值与标准值之间的误差为-0.3% ~ 1.9%。分析结果与实验室内电感耦合等离子体质谱法的结果吻合,能够满足蔬菜集约区内土壤中5种重金属组分分析的要求。

Abstract: The wavelength-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometric method and pressed-disk technique were used to determine the contents of five heavy metals in the soil of a crop-intensive area. The grinding time, presser pressure, and matrix interference were investigated, and the experimental conditions were optimized. The method was employed for the rapid determination of Cr, As, Pb, Cu and Zn contents. The detection and quantitative limits of the method were approximately 1.5~2.0 mg/kg and 4.5~6.0 mg/kg, resectively. The precision experimert results showed that the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=5) of each component was between 2.6% and 7.9%. The error between the measured value of the national reference material and standard value is between -0.3% and 1.9%. The method was applied to the analysis of the actual sample, and the results thus obtained were consistent with those obtained through ICP–MS in the laboratory.
