汽车刹车盘包装线控制系统设计

摘要: 现有的汽车刹车盘包装线存在较大的人为误差,人工参与包装限制了汽车刹车盘包装系统的工作效率。研发了一条集成化、高效化、智能化的汽车刹车盘全自动柔性包装系统。该系统下位机采用西门子PLC,上位机采用WinCC组态软件,并通过WinCC Web Navigator实现网络发布。系统人机界面友好,功能齐全,可满足汽车刹车盘自动包装要求,提高了工作效率及包装质量,节省了劳动成本。

Abstract: Currently,a large number of human errors exist in the packaging line for automobile brake discs, which restricts the efficiency of a automobile brake disc packaging system. This study developed an integrated, efficient and intelligent system. Siemens PLC was used as the lower computer of the system, WinCC configuration software was used for the upper computer, and web publishing was implemented through WinCC Web Navigator. This system has a user-friendly human-machine interface and comprehensive functions, which can meet the requirements of brake disc automatic packaging, improve work efficiency and packaging quality, and save labor costs.
