深水管汇下垂式下放安装入水过程分析研究

摘要:

下垂式安装较适用于深水水下设施下放,且对安装船舶的要求小,操作方便。本文采用船体、索和水下设施三者间的非线性耦合时域分析技术,建立了安装船舶水动力计算模型、安装吊索和水下设施Morison模型,检查收敛精度,选择计算参数。针对管汇下垂安装入水过程进行数值模拟分析,对我国深海工程施工有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:

Pendulous installation method is applied to the installation of subsea facilities, which has low requirement for a ship and is conveninent to operate. We employ nonlinear coupling time domain analysis of hull, sling and manifold to construct a hydrodynamic calculation model for ship installation and a Morison model for the installation of sling and submarine facilities. Checking convergence precision, selecting calculation parameters and performing numerical analysis for the entry water process of deepwater manifold have some reference value for domestic deepwater engineering.
