复方石崖茶抑菌搽剂体外抑菌作用及皮肤安全性研究

Study on the in vitro antibacterial effects and skin safety of compound shiyacha antibacterial liniment

摘要: 观察复方石崖茶抑菌搽剂的抑菌效果及对动物皮肤的安全性,为临床安全用药提供有效依据。采用琼脂扩散法测定搽剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌圈直径;通过二倍稀释法确定最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度;利用大鼠对复方石崖茶抑菌搽剂进行了皮肤安全性和过敏性实验,研究表明复方石崖茶抑菌搽剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌具有较强抑制作用,其对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性最强(抑菌圈直径29.1 mm,最小抑菌浓度为1.562 5 mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度为3.125 mg/mL),对大鼠皮肤无刺激性和无致敏影响,安全性良好,可作为传统抗菌药物的潜在替代选择,适用于敏感人群的皮肤感染防治。

Abstract: This study evaluated the antibacterial activity of Compound Shiyacha Antibacterial Liniment and its safety on animal skin to provide evidence for its safe clinical use. The agar diffusion method was used to measure inhibition zone diameters against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Candida albicans. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) were determined using the double dilution method. Skin safety and sensitization tests were conducted on rats. The results showed that Compound Shiyacha Antibacterial Liniment exhibited strong inhibitory effects against Escherichia coliStaphylococcus aureusPseudomonas aeruginosa, and Candida albicans, with the strongest antibacterial activity observed against Staphylococcus aureus (inhibition zone diameter: 29.1 mm; MIC: 1.5625 mg/ml; MBC: 3.125 mg/ml). The liniment caused no skin irritation or sensitization reactions in rats, demonstrating good safety. It may serve as a potential alternative to traditional antibacterial drugs and may be suitable for preventing and treating skin infections in sensitive populations.
